Tim fixed the player and also upgraded it to the latest firmware, etc. Last few years, I brought him a vintage Receiver which he did a tremendous job on! Took my PS4 in and a new hard drive was installed. Took less that 24 hours and my PS4 is working perfectly once again. I'm amazed how quickly it was repaired and the service was upfront and friendly. “I AM BEYOND HAPPY! THEY FIXED MY PHONE! IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUE, TRY THIS PLACE FIRST. Sales rep at T-Mobile wanted me to just do the replacement warranty for a new phone, but I was not okay with that. I wanted mine fixed. These guys are the biggest blessing. My phone was having connection issues to the network, they replaced my antenna for $130 and FIXED MY PHONE. The amount of relief is undescribable. “Another business closed in Glen Rock but is said to be opening a new store in Fair Lawn. When? Hard to say at this time. See the phone number and follow the prompts and it will put you in touch with the staff.. This was another family business that was like a mom and pop store that knew your name, reliable and did quality work at a fair price. Ridgewood is now my go to. Parking was a worry but they have built a parking deck so that solves that worry. Thanks for reading and stay safe!!!”

My internationally purchased Samsung phone was not working, Samsung service centers said they can't fix it because it is international, but this shop, we called, they said they can fix it. We brought, they charged a high price for changing the screen, but since my data was important, it was worth it and I am glad that they were able to fix it completely in two days. I recommend it.”
“Best repair shop in Westchester County by far from the quality, value and customer service. I went in for a repair and was in an out within an hour for my phone. The environment was very friendly and welcoming. I'd say from walking in and hearing music playing in the background it felt like a relaxed environment. The sales associate Alex was really kind in putting on a Netflix show for my son while we waited and even gave him free stickers. The technician Justin was fast, kind, and efficient and he also placed a screen protector on my phone. Overall, I'd go there again for any repairs in the future.”
