The store has a great variety of the best sneakers for runners.
They scanned my Feet and then assessed my walking before determining, which was the right shoe for me.
Joining their loyalist program Makes you feel comfortable about purchasing a shoe here as the returns are easy. Should you need It.

“Awesome Experience. I spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Larry. I was impressed when he promptly pulled up my sales record from years ago and provided me with some recommendations. He put some items away for me and I came down the following day and purchased two pairs of sneakers because of fine treatment and their excellent follow-up.
Larry took time to show me just what I needed to walk properly with footwear that would provide proper support. He said to listen to your feet and make sure that it's comfortable and feels good.
Prior to coming down to see him, I was thinking of going to a DSW or a big box store, and boy what a Mistake that would have been. At places like that, you're just a number.
Larry and the rest of the staff measured me for the correct size and took a personal interest treating me like a member of the family. I'm thrilled! and will be a customer for life.

The first time I contacted them via phone for an out of stock item, the employee called a few other stores to find and ship me the hard to find item! Today I went in to get my son’s stick restrung and left with a new helmet bc the young men working there were so knowledgeable and kind to my son. I’ll be driving the hour+ to their store for all my lacrosse needs. Definitely recommend checking out their store!”

“Not sure about the less than 4 * reviews here but I have had nothing but great experience at this store.The inflation has of course driven the prices up that is nothing "a store" or people working there responsible for.I have been coming to this store after moving in this area a year ago. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The manager is friendly, on top of everything even with less employees working at times. The store is in great condition despite busy hours and I have felt welcomed and free to come here. The presence of a great staff and the environment they create for customers is the reason I come and shop here all the time. Those that complain about workers doing their jobs just do not want to cooperate or follow company policies.This is store is in a mall with lot of traffic, so it can get very busy and become tumultuous due to amount of people and lot of people with families and small kids come here. I give credit to their team to try to fix and be on top of everything. Regardless, the manager and his staff are doing a great job and although the selection is not a lot I can find what I need for my family. Thank you!”

“Came to the store for return of an Aerie item purchased online. It was a pair of leggings bought for my child that was too long and so I was hoping to exchange for the shorter version. The staff at the cashier was very kind and handled my request with professionalism. She patiently explained that their store wouldn’t have Aerie items so I wouldn’t be able to get the shorter version at this store— but that she could still initiate a return for me for the new leggings to be shipped directly to our home.
There was also a price difference the shorter version being a little cheaper plus she also kindly offered a coupon after I registered my phone number and email— so she suggested either I could find the original receipt or pick an item in the store. I could also make a donation.
Everything was handled respectfully and things were explained in a way that did not make me feel judged for having to return an item due to size. Options were provided to customer even for just a return of items.
For smoother process of return:
1) Always keep the tag on as the tag contains important information for the product
2) Keep original receipt (if bought online there should be an email receipt)
