“American Eagle is my favorite place to go for jeans. This store has such friendly associates - it's always a pleasure shopping here. My husband and I came in right at opening on a Saturday morning. Yes, 6 people asked if we needed help, so it was a tad overwhelming, but I'd rather have people eager to help than not be greeted at all.
The dressing room associates are super sweet and I appreciate that they'll help you with sizing, lengths or ordering things off the website for you. 10/10.”

“Just had the best shopping experience at the garden state plaza location thanks to Melanie! I came in knowing I wanted a comfy set with a cropped hoodie, but didn't check anything out before I came in. Not only did Melanie point me directly to what I had in mind and ultimately purchased, but she went out of her way to find the matching colors and sizes in the back for me. It was like having a personal shopper! Also every other person I came in contact with that worked there in the dressing room, register, or even just walking through the store was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this location!”

“This finishline was immaculate! When I walked in the store was in perfect order. The sales team was absolutely professional and checkout was seamless. Unfortunately, the sneakers I wanted weren't available at this location in the color I would have preferred, however, the style was available. My best advice would be for anyone who's looking for a specific shoe in a particular color, would be to check the online stock before traveling to their locations.
