“Jordan was extremely knowledgeable on various product differences from one brand to another and then within each brand line
I was only going to scope out the options and compare to feel of my bed at home but he took time to let me test many different options and I found one that was so comfortable there was no need to compare. That was it.
Price was good value for the model and quality so I ended up buying a more expensive bed than I had planned because it was so comfortable it was well with the upgrade. Jordan was nice enough to let me take that journey to decide what felt best for ME
If delivery and set up is as good a service I will be back when ready for the next room.”

“My wife and I recently ordered our baby nursery furniture (mattress, crib, dresser, chest) from the Fairfield Raymour & Flanigan location, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Henry. Hands down, one of the best salespeople I’ve ever worked with… genuine, courteous, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about everything we were looking at.
From the moment we walked in, Henry made the entire process effortless. We were waiting on two specific crib pieces to come back in stock, and instead of us having to constantly check or follow up, Henry handled everything for us. He kept track of the updates, reached out the moment the pieces arrived, and immediately let us know when delivery could be scheduled. We didn’t even have to wait two weeks; everything was quick, smooth, and stress-free.
Delivery itself was seamless. I loved that there was a tracker, the team gave us an ETA, and they showed up exactly as promised. They were super clean, extremely thorough, and very respectful throughout the entire process. The furniture looks amazing in the nursery and is excellent quality!
Working with Henry was truly a pleasure. He’s a stand-up guy who genuinely goes out of his way to make sure his customers are happy and don’t have to worry about a thing. He took care of every detail so we could focus on preparing for our baby without the stress of coordinating or chasing down updates.

“My wife and I spent time reviewing the numerous mattress purchase options available to be tested in the showroom with Bobby who guided us through our likes and dislikes to help us settle on a helix luxe mattress. We were torn between the twilight and midnight luxe versions, but settled on the twilight. We had a few more outside options to consider before consummating the purchase so Bobby promised to email us a quote by the end of the day ( which we received within the hour). After mulling our choices over a few days we had a change of mind and decided to go with the midnight luxe and were able to contact Holly at the showroom(we met Holly during our initial visit). She graciously and skillfully accommodated our change request and even identified an additional savings for us through the ongoing promotion. Both Bobby and Holly were fantastic: knowledgeable, cordial, helpful and professional in making the buying experience quick, easy and painless. Kudos to both as we await delivery of our new mattress.”

“Michael Anthony Furniture Galley is the best place to get the same items you would receive from any other commercial furniture store but without the hassel. My living room, bed rooms, dining room and den furniture all come from here and I have to tell you how much each piece looks perfect in my home. The brand names they carry are better than Raymore and Flannigan, and both cheapo Bob's Discount Furniture and Ashley Furniture hands down. Better, higher quality products and no one is pressuring you to purchase. In fact, I was told to look around, check out what we have on the show floor and when I am ready, to come and ask more questions about each piece. I didn't have to wait long for my delievery and each time I called to inquire about something, I received a satisfying answer. I don't know about the others on here complaining about service, delievery and even going further to say that there are people working there that are liars,angry and racist, but perhaps you take a good look at yourself to see how your actions towards the situation or problem you may have had, instead of deflecting the blame on to the sales people.
