“Was pleasantly surprised that stock of everything that I needed was available. I had a very random grocery list but found what I came to the store to buy. I wanted boxed cake mix, organic oatmeal, lemons, and dry dill. The milk I buy is usually out of stock at most places and there was plenty at this location. Full fat Fairlife milk is not always available and it was plentiful and discounted.”

“This Target pretty much has everything. It has food in the back, beauty on the left, clothes and toys in the center, electronics in the back right, home to the right, the CVS Pharmacy to the left, and Starbucks at the front when you first walk in. They also have a phone charging station at the front right when you walk in, and WiFi throughout the store. The prices are fair and I'm occasionally able to find stuff on clearance here and there on certain shelves at really good prices. When I came here earlier in the pandemic, they had someone at the front disinfecting all the cart handles before they handed a cart to you, which I really appreciated. The aisles are wide and social distancing isn't a problem when shopping. However the check out area could have been better sorted and separated out for the pandemic. There's 6 self check out stations and 5 or so separate lanes for non-self-checkout. This area can get really crowded at certain times of day and there's not nearly enough room at the front of the store for everyone to properly line up and checkout without feeling like you're stepping over each other all the time. Overall, I do feel safe coming here, but have definitely limited my trips during this year just for my general safety and well-being.”

“My sales lady Jennifer at the Wayne store on Rt.23 South was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in picking out the perfect mattress for me. She took the time to make sure it would meet all my health needs. She is VERY kind and caring person. She went above and beyond to make sure I received what I needed. “Harry is the best salesman. He's so good I wanted to hire him! My 96 yr old mother needed a mattress and insisted on going with me to buy one. She is full of arthritis from her neck to her feet and has spinal stenosis.My first salesman was wonderful, very patient an accommodating and we thought she found the perfect mattress. That lasted 1 week.We were back in there tonight with another salesman, Harry, who must have had a 90 yr old mother. He couldn't have been nicer. He spent almost 2 hours with her until she was happy. He was very knowledgeable and wouldn't let us leave until she was happy with her choice.My congratulations to the company who truly believes in Customer Service and trained salespeople”

“Getting tired of the cookie cutter stores, I walked in and swore I'd never shop elsewhere for bedroom furniture. All my questions were answered. I was educated on certain aspects of beds. No one was following me to get my business. From purchase to delivery, it was the best experience. Price is also right. In double checking with name brands, the price was exact as the Bedding Shoppe. Really no reason to go anywhere else.”

“I really though I was not going to like sleep number as a bed. I was wrong. the second i walked in i was greeted by sales rep Joe, and he has a great attitude. Its like speaking to a real person instead of a trained robot. Joe had us lay down on several beds, tested our bodies and figured out what our personal sleep numbers were and it was such an amazing experience. aside from Joe being absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable and had all the answers to any of my bed related questions, the mattress.. omg the mattress. I am 30 years old with chronic back pain and scoliosis and this bed took away practically all my pain to the point where i could have instantly fallen asleep IN THE STORE! naturally i made a purchase and am currently replacing my tempurpedic with a new sleep number. soft in all the right places and solid in all the right spots. i have never been able to lay down without pain. i am so grateful for all of joe's assistance and persistence on making sure he found just the right number for me to feel maximum relief and comfort. “The Store representative that helped me was stellar - helpful, patient, great advice and ideas - J Webb was fabulous. So far, the scheduling of the actual delivery is a horror. I understand I didn't spend millions, but I paid immediately when I was in the store. I don't think it's so much to expect the same consideration from the store when I know when I need the delivery. I was left to make my own arrangements for removingthe old furniture instead of the store trading out the items. I held up my end - payment and removal plans. I deserved the same consideration after the store got my money. Mr. Webb was great so I wish he'd been able to help me start to finish instead of these other people.”

“My partner and I visited the Purple Short Hills showroom in early December looking to replace our mattress as we've had bad luck with Temperpedic and even gave Casper a chance which was the worst idea ever. I personally wasn't a fan of even lying on a Purple mattress. My other half swears by their cushions as he works from home and loves the ultimate seat cushion so we have several lying around the house in different places. We were the first ones there and the manager was dealing with light issues but we didn't even notice. We tried every mattress with zero regard for cost as getting a full night's sleep is the only thing that mattered to us. The manager there was super patient as we were there for over an hour trying each one and figuring out which felt best to us. We were down to 2 styles and decided to check out other mattresses in the mall before making our final decision. Since we hated our Casper and had bad luck with our 2nd Temperpedic that we owned the Luxe Adapt, we went to test Kluft mattresses and nothing felt as good as Purple!I didn't know what to expect from an entire Purple mattress but I was sold! We ordered a king Restore Premier in soft. My back loves it so much. It's been almost a month now of sleep and I am "oversleeping" which is maybe my body's way of saying thank you because I haven't slept this well in so long that I forgot what good sleep felt like. I'm a stomach and back sleeper and have slept both ways without waking up with an arm or hand that's fallen asleep or my back or hip killing me. It's been pretty wonderful. We just received the low Harmony pillows and while I wasn't sure about them in the showroom at the time, they've been the best pillows this entire week we've had them. I'm hoping that this will be our mattress brand forever because it has been something wonderful.”

“Okay. I haven't had much luck lately dealing with retailers and their so called Customer Service Departments or Sales people. I wasn't expecting this! I found a table I loved on line and reached out to Fireside Furniture as they were listed as a distributor for the manufacturer. I had reached out to another retailer before that who was more local, but they never called me back. My Good Luck! I sent an email to Fireside inquiring about the table and received an answer right away. I believe the woman was Cindy. Please forgive me if I am mistaken. She said she worked there for quite a few years. She told me she could get the table and if I placed a 50% deposit I would receive it in about 8 weeks, at which time I would pay the balance in full before delivery. It would be delivered to my upstairs apartment and set up. The table came in and it was delivered just as stated. I received a call advising me it was in so that I could complete the payment and I was given a delivery date and a time. No constant phone calls to follow up on where it was or headaches. The delivery/set up person was just as nice as Cindy. I can't tell you what a pleasure it was to do business with Fireside Furniture.All I can say is this was one of the best experiences I've had in quite some time. My table is beautiful and I am very happy with the service and the product. Thank you Fireside. I would highly recommend you to anyone looking to purchase new furniture. I know you will be the first place I reach out the next time I am in the market for new furnishings.”
