She was the only staff member there but managed to handle multiple customers efficiently, all while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor. Even when a rush of customers came in, Nada stayed calm and composed, ensuring everyone received the best possible service. I overheard several other customers praising her as well. “I had a large, fragile book with clamshell box at nearby Millea Bros. auction house and needed a service to pick up, then pack & send to me in the midwest. My calls were answered promptly by Lara, who was always friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Unlike many similar services, Mail Box Store was willing to send with USPS Media Mail after careful packing. Pickup was quick and efficient, packing was excellent and the price was exceptional reasonable - they did not charge for pick-up (!), only packing and shipping.Don't outthink this. Mail Box Store provides a high level of service which has all but vanished at an exceptionally fair price. This should (and will) become your go-to company for your packing needs.”
“Used the service to move my things from Dubai to NY, excellent work. All items arrived in great condition , team did amazing work wrapping each item carefully in paper. I had a lot of fragile items and all arrived safe. Professional attitude from the first step till the end, great follow up from the team side( I was not very responsible in filling up export forms) to clear all documents and customs.

“When shopping at the Livingston Staples, I was only there to purchase copy paper and since the staff was very helpful about some other products I asked about, I asked for additional help with information on Laser Printers. The staff person was polite and guided me to the hardware printer section to answer some detailed questions about laser printers. So glad he just didn't point me in that direction and leave me hanging like other stores. It was a pleasant experience and will be back to purchase the laser printer once I get my new office set up.”
“Outstanding assistance with buying a new computer and setting it up so that it was plug and play when I got home. Great technical staff at this venue as well as two good store managers. There were two items that should have been brought to my attention when the features of the computer were discussed. One the unit did not have a disc drive and two the mouse and keyboard were not wireless. I still would have purchased the computer, but those items were surprises.”
“I don’t live in Essex Fells but I make sure to use their post office because the women who work there are patient, kind, polite, and professional. You’d never know if they were having a bad day because they welcome you with a warm hello and a smile. You ask a question and they don’t roll their eyes or make you feel like an idiot, unlike the people who work the counter at Caldwell and West Caldwell post offices. Recently I had the misfortune of having to go to the Caldwell post office. I was quickly reminded why I avoid that location. Keep up the good work EF!”

I go here for Amazon returns as well, which go smoothly, but the staff in that area can get overwhelmed with only 1 person assisting with both printing and returns. Knocking a star off for staffing but also because they don't always open on time like it is posted on their store hours.”
