“While traveling Atlantic City Expressway, we (and 2 other vehicles) ran over an object (none of us saw what it was), roadside assistance came and assisted in putting on the donut tire. We traveled to Stone Harbor (40 miles), called our dealership, they told us we had to have our car towed to their dealership in PA. My husband called Art at the Shell Service Station, the following day,,and he was able to order 2 new tires for the back of our car, within 5 hours! The employee that gave me my order was satisfactory but not exemplary and yesterday there was an employee that looked like we were asking him to fly to the moon when he checked the OBDII on my vehicle.”
“We had a dead battery and my key fob wasn't working so I thought we were going to need a tow to the dealership to get it fixed. After being connected to a different company that didn't help us and left us stranded, Tom from Kindle Ford Towing came out and helped us out. In the time it took me to get my key fob, he had discovered that it was just my battery and he fixed it in five minutes. Not only did he come to our rescue faster than Honda roadside assistance said it would take, he did a check first to see if he could help before towing. “Came here for an oil change, and I just cannot believe the service I received from the quick lube department. The gentleman‘s name was Matt and the other gentleman‘s name was Bob from the moment I pulled in I was immediately greeted The gentleman had told me that he knew who I was, and was going to be with me in a few seconds shortly after while sitting down, I noticed the amenities with free coffee, chips, cookies, rice, crispy treats , well surpassing the experience I ever had going to a dealership. .I could tell by listening to the gentleman who is handling the customers before me, that he actually sincerely cared about their vehicle and their time. I was so surprised by the service I walked over and spoke to the owner who was extremely friendly and wanted to hear my positive feedback.
