“Pork roll, egg cheese and roll perfect, as well as avocado egg cheese. La Colombe coffee and very good donuts. Placed order on phone for easy pickup but they also had pre made egg sandos. Place touches all the bases for a quick in and out.”

“I have a dead family member who speaks exceptionally highly about this place. Like as in terms of love. Last we knew it was closing or selling so for 2023 we skipped it for the year. It seems they improved the outside a ton and it really blends in well. Almost to nice. If my dead relative was around they might have been focused on the food a bit more; they had a lot of stock but we are wondering where the umbrellas and laundries are at this point. It can be fun!! I think it is about a medium effort for the outdoor so more respective of the outperformance of the other businesses then anything else. Hopefully we can get a delivery next year. My future and I might entertain a lunch but fun is fun and I think inside is the place to be; I like the outside :-) I hope there are some good toys...”

“Many people have been telling me about Gaiss' homemade sausage, so I decided to give them a try. I used the meat with a marinara sauce and it was taken to a whole other level. So yes, I would def recommend this market for there homemade stuff.”

“2023: I've been going here for years and the people are great, they show me where stuff is and are always quick to ring you up. Such a variety of great products and at such great prices! Their store brand products are cheaper and better than Walmart. Produce, meats, snacks, baking, frozen, refrigerated and even general use products like detergent/softener, plates and paper towels, and a small seasonal section. I went from spending $400+ every two weeks in 2013 on groceries for a family of 6, plus 2 dogs to spending half of that and getting more at Aldi. I'll only go to ACME, shop rite Walmart etc, for specific things. I'm also getting more food for less money, the kids are happier with the snacks and at less than $2 for a family sized bag of chips, same for a pack of cookies, same for a box of oatmeal, it isn't hard to see how I'm able to feed my family for such a long period while spending so little. Want to bake? Every spice is like $1.00 per bottle, garlic parsley etc. Plus coffee beans, grounds, pods and filters are all sooo much cheaper than anywhere else. I don't know what I'd do without Aldi!”

“We ordered cheese steaks and chicken cheese steaks twice in one week. We are never disappointed by A & LP. Every pizza is a balance of dough, sauce, cheese and toppings. The "call in" staff are great. Having parking when we pick up the order is a plus, too.”

“This store is a lot nicer than the other ones in this community besides courthouse. But one thing they do not have great is the frozen aisle where the @yasso bars are. The display is not neat and never refilled.”

“I just went to grocery outlet for the first time this week and I was so pleasantly surprised! The organics section is great tons of non gmo items which is very important to me. Great prices! Very nice staff! Can't wait to go back!”

“They tend to sell slightly aging oversupply from a wholesale distributor in the area. I am very happy with my purchases. Nice folks seem to run the place. An added plus is Hispanic veggies if you are so inclined.”

“I placed a delivery order at this store and put in the wrong date for delivery. I called the store and spoke to Sue and she was so accommodating and helpful. She told me it wasn’t a problem at all and helped me have the date and time changed to the correct one. I so appreciate her awesome customer service!”

“Always shop here for food and other stuff. They have good sales as long as you know how to find it with ads and price tags. It gets really crowded in the summer so go early in mornings. They got alot of fresh produce and big deli with alot of lunchmeats. It has self checkout as well in case of being hurry.”

“Going out to Cape May is like going to a desert with oceanfront properties. I've never seen a paid parking lot for a grocery store before and I've been to Miami where 9x out of 10 you're on a toll highway. This is just absurd. Thankfully I'm on vacation off season so there are no parking fees. The grocery store is small, but they've got everything that a tourist or local could want or need. Growing up in King of Prussia has made me familiar with shopping at Acme. It's no Genaurdi's or Whole Foods Market or even ShopRite or Weis Markets, but it's more than adequate for your groceries which is why it's 5 stars worthy in this oasis of food options other than expensive restaurants.”

“Hidden Gem! Every bit of perfectly run Family Owned & Operated establishment is found here. This particular Pantry 1, puts most Wawa's to shame. Even their coffee is great! Big Fan!”

“How do you go from a one STAR to a FIVE star, look after disabled Veterans and Disabled Senior Citizens, and others that need scooters. They went from one scooter working and would not make it around the store to now at least 4 (and they had 7 total before now) brand New digital scooters. More lanes open and one designed for disabled citizens.... It took four years of the latter at 1 or 2 stars to make it here. We will start using the store again. We did not use the store from October 2021 til January 2023 and then we stopped using late spring to Jan 2024 for not enough working carts. What carts were left working required a half hour wait or longer to get a scooter that worked... Nice work management of WalMart corporate and local management here in Rio Grande... So, for last year it was a hit or mis whether they had carts and one day they had four carts but three did not work. My family and I turned around and walked out. Went back today and had at least three carts working... kudos to whoever got the up (there less than a year old, I believe). Store seemed to be less picked over merchandise wise, and they had all 10 items we came for, we got 13 items including a large ticket item... There are some 29,000 retired possible patrons in Cape May Co with an additional 10,000 veterans in the area (data from US Census 2020).... 4 carts seems not many to service those numbers of possible WalMart Shoppers. (Could not find data on total number of disabled women and Men in the county)”

“Been to this walmart before, but only just now writing a review of this place. This walmart is a supercenter, so it has Groceries, and a home section.Went here recently on Wednesday August 9th 2023 with my dad to pick up some groceries. We got gaterade, milk, some spring water for our coffee pot, water to drink, eggs, and ice cream sandwiches. Price was fair. We paid via credit card at self checkout. We probably will be back at our next wildwood/Cape May, NJ trip!”

“I just wanted to leave Vicky in the bakery a 5 star review. She was so nice and did a great job on this birthday cake for my cousin. I just want to thank her for helping me out with this last minute!”

“Lot of stuff to purchase here. The workers are super helpful and care about the customers. The new carts are no good and make things difficult to put items in especially the top basket. Its a lousy design. The prices are getting too high even with store brand items.”

“Went in this afternoon around noon. Staff was hard at work putting merchandise on the shelves and ringing up customers. The gentleman who rang me up was newer and being trained by the manager on how to use the register so I didnt mind the wait.(There was another register open with a young man running it) Most the Managers and staff are always so friendly and helpful. Always enjoy our conversations when I come in the pick up a few items before work. (I usually feel very welcomed) Dollar General is a second home.”

“Still the best selection of any chain in the area. They've instituted a lot of self check out that's why it's not a five star.A lot of people are on vacation and have really big orders so they should have more checkers scheduled on weekends And I believe on a Saturday they should have more than one person at the seafood counter. Many people want to have seafood on the weekends. Other than that the aisles are wide and clear. Staff for the most part are very friendly. Good sales!”

“The staff here is some of the most patient in the area and keeps it very light for the area which can be a bit to the tougher side every so often. The isles are pretty easy to navigate though they do fill it right up and stocking gets a bit backed up sometimes. One thing I noticed for the five stars is how they cleaned up the outside. Before it looked like a dump truck lost its good outside. There is a 24/7 redbox and the lean staff goes out of their way to refer if they do not have something. Only downside is the flyers which at the corporate level are available but not really contributing to my instore experience. It has a pre holiday feel so I am okay with the five stars but it may be difficult to maintain if anyone calls out for a small break - they have lost some key players if you ask me.Excellent stock for food for dogs and athletes on the go but prices dont adjust off season. They may be borderline gougers but for the availability of everything including higher end coffee and other treats it is my go to. The flyer is horrible but great for pups if they will share and they might!”

“The older lady named grace is a wonderful representative of your store. She’s 76 years old and if you ask her a question, she’ll not only show you where to get your item , she’ll take you there. It’s never too much trouble.”
