“I have been to this PepBoys location on the Blackhorse Pike previously about 3 times for Tires, a Battery and Brakes. The previous manager (Sean I believe was his name) was difficult to work with and not very good on estimating the length of time to do the required work. Most recently I went in for an "emergency" tire repair as I was leaving on vacation. The new manager, Rick, was extremely understanding and his crew was very efficient in getting my tire replaced and me back on the road. My "kudos" to Rick and his team for a job well done.”
