This place is truly a best-kept secret. I was pleasantly surprised by how long it has been there, and yet, I had just found out about it. The convenience is unparalleled – with no lines, minimal wait time, and the ability to schedule appointments online, it stands out as a hassle-free medical testing experience.But the highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the phlebotomist, Shay. From the moment I met her, Shay's pleasant attitude and demeanor were evident. She exuded professionalism and friendliness, making me feel at ease instantly. However, what really set Shay apart was her exceptional skill in blood drawing. I have had numerous blood tests in the past, but never have I encountered such a seamless and pain-free experience. I literally felt nothing during the procedure – no pinch, no pressure, nothing. “Wow some of the other reviews on this location are shocking! I have been to a lot of other LabCorp locations and this one is hands down the best. I’ve been coming to this location now for about 4 years or so every month, so I would say I have a good amount of experience with them. And honestly I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Even if there is a line it goes fast.. I usually see Gertrude when I go.. I honestly can’t say enough good things about her and the impact she has had on me through my health issues. I am really tough for most phlebotomists, I have ended up in tears at labs often; I pretty much have always needed the IV Team if I am in the hospital, even some anesthesiologists have had issues. But since coming to Gertrude she is able to get me without any issues and now I have only shed happy tears!! She always brightens my day, so nice and really cares.. Even the other girl that is there often, I believe her name is, Anisa, she is nice too. Both of these girls really hustle. I don’t know how they do it honestly. But I am grateful to them both!!”

“I used to dread having to get blood work done because I would leave on the verge of passing out with 5 different needle marks from them trying to find a vein. I was referred to this location to see Linda and omg she’s the best ! She really knows what she’s doing and made me feel at ease… I didn't even feel her put the needle in. All the ladies there were super nice and I was in and out in 10 minutes (with an appointment).”
“I have been for coming here for quite some time after visiting many different places and having my blood drawn. What people don’t know is that I’m a physician. I understand that when you come to places to get your blood drawn, their is going to be people that are training and that’s expected. That’s how we all learn. A bruise here and there isn’t going to kill anybody. If you want to
10 year trained phlebotomist, then you may want to consider paying another thousand dollars on your health insurance and requesting it. These girls are wonderful and I think it’s time that somebody told them and I’m sorry I waited too long . Great job ladies”
“The employees at Atlantic diagnostic laboratories were extremely friendly and let me in as soon as i rang the door bell. I was in and out within 5 minutes for my covid test. The first time i went for my covid test a few months ago there was a line to get tested but it was all very organized and went quickly. I strongly recommend going to Atlantic diagnostic laboratories for covid tests and or any lab test your doctor orders!”

“I went to Quest in Cinnaminson NJ and they did a GREAT JOB!!! The young lady was so nice and friendly and really did a great job talking my blood, I wish I had her name to put on here! I had no wait at all and the girl went above and beyond in helping me. I made a mistake with my insurance and she made a call and remedied the situation perfectly.”

“Went online made an appointment needed results back fast. Once I arrived I waited in lobby for 3.5 minutes. Receptionist called me I checked in. Gave my samples I was there for a grand total of 12 minutes max. Got results the next day. ?”

I went on a Saturday morning and they were professional for a full waiting room and the wait was longish but I didn’t have an appointment and I knew ahead of time that I would be there for a couple hours. I think they did a great job especially dealing with humans on a Saturday morning.”
“I know a lot of people have had problems with Persante in the past, but my experience was far different. I had a sleep study at Jefferson Hospital Cherry Hill last night. The facility was newly furnished (even with spring water for evening ablutions). The technician, Chris was very pleasant, personable, and very capable. He answered all my questions, was attentive to my needs, explained the procedure and the need for it, and as a result I had the best sleep I have had in the five sleep studies I have had over the years. I highly recommend Jefferson Cherry Hill as a sleep study center with Chris as technician.”

“Great staff and friendly too (not that they have to be but it helps when you're getting jabbed with a needle). I have happily paid the toll from NJ to come to this location because they're efficient, the check-in is easy, and you can get out and on with your day. This location is in a half-dead shopping center, so parking is easy and it's right off route 13. Not far from 276 either. Today there was a slight issue with my doctors lab order. Rather than throw their hands in the air and tell me to take a hike, the employees here did an awesome job figuring out a solution. They saved me from having to go to another lab and ensured I'll always go over to Labcorp in Bristol for bloodwork, bridge tolls be damned.”
“Went on a Saturday at 9:45/10amNittia is the best! I've been following her to different locations for years and she knows what she is doing and good at it. It probably took 5 minutes total from the time I walked in, to the time I walked out. I have scaring, tini veins that roll and am normally not drinking enough water so many people can't get my blood. They end up fishing around in my arm, poking multiple times and having someone else try. I NEVER have that issue with her!! One and done.So the building itself has lots of parking, very clean and seems somewhat new or redone. LabCorp in general has always been my lab of choice. The check in process was very fast and easy, especially if you have been to a LabCorp before. I just had to put my id on a slot for a computer to take a photo and then turn it upside down. Then I had to answer two questions and that was it. They also have nice size chairs so as a woman with bigger legs it's nice that I have some room and the arm rest isn't so digging into my legs. (If you know, you know ?)I suggest LabCorp for all your testing needs!After reading some of the past reviews on this location I'm honestly shocked! I'd say that you need to ask your doctors the questions not the people taking your blood. Also make sure you have the right paperwork electronically sent and to have a paper backup because sometimes the electronic ones can get messed up (not their fault) They deal with the public, all kinds of people and issues with doctors paperwork I'd also be frustrated! I've never had a bad experience!!”

“I was a bit concerned about the low reviews at first but then realized that most of the negative reviews were years old. I arrived as a walk-in ( no appointment) at 9am on a weekday and was pleasantly surprised to see only several people ahead of me. The staff was personable and professional and the facility was clean and organized. I had a great experience ( much better than the Labcorp in my area) . I felt it was important to let people know that the low review score is misleading, and I will continue to travel 25 min to this location in the future.”
“There was a very long line to check in at 7am on Tues May 30th. There was only one single machine in the lobby, eight patients, and no human help. There were three elderly people who didn't know how to do the computerized check in procedure and needed assistance. We had to call a nurse out of the back to assist them as they were making everyone else late for their appointments. I suggest perhaps at least a receptionist to help in the busier times to assist people who don't understand computer scanning/QR codes, as it's certainly not their fault. You've got to do better in this way, Quest.
I also suggest making available a check in from the car. It would make it easier for me, since I wouldn't need the lobby machine at all.
The nurses and staff were wonderful, fast, very friendly, and excellent at their jobs. I would highly recommend, other than the lack of ability to handle simple check in procedures.”

“I've done about 5 PCR test here and always received my results within 24 hours. The staff is super friendly and professional. Yesterday they went above and beyond helping me to get the authorization from my doctor. My sisters also did PCR test for traveling and got their results in less than 24 hours.”

“The young woman who drew the blood was excellent. Efficient smart and personable. She did her job well and efficiently. And she seemed to care very much for the patient. She was very impressive. I was in and out and probably about 4 and a 1/2 minutes and that is impressive.”
