This place is truly a best-kept secret. I was pleasantly surprised by how long it has been there, and yet, I had just found out about it. The convenience is unparalleled – with no lines, minimal wait time, and the ability to schedule appointments online, it stands out as a hassle-free medical testing experience.But the highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the phlebotomist, Shay. From the moment I met her, Shay's pleasant attitude and demeanor were evident. She exuded professionalism and friendliness, making me feel at ease instantly. However, what really set Shay apart was her exceptional skill in blood drawing. I have had numerous blood tests in the past, but never have I encountered such a seamless and pain-free experience. I literally felt nothing during the procedure – no pinch, no pressure, nothing. It was the first time I ever had a blood draw where I did not feel a thing.Shay's remarkable technique and her warm, reassuring presence made my visit not just tolerable, but genuinely pleasant. The first time i went for my covid test a few months ago there was a line to get tested but it was all very organized and went quickly. I strongly recommend going to Atlantic diagnostic laboratories for covid tests and or any lab test your doctor orders!”
“I used to dread having to get blood work done because I would leave on the verge of passing out with 5 different needle marks from them trying to find a vein. I was referred to this location to see Linda and omg she’s the best ! She really knows what she’s doing and made me feel at ease… I didn't even feel her put the needle in. All the ladies there were super nice and I was in and out in 10 minutes (with an appointment).”

“Went online made an appointment needed results back fast. Once I arrived I waited in lobby for 3.5 minutes. Receptionist called me I checked in. Gave my samples I was there for a grand total of 12 minutes max. Got results the next day. ?”

“I usually absolutely LOVE this location and I don't go to any other location. I will still continue to go to this location because the phlebotomists are phenomenal!! However with that said, I'm annoyed that I was made to sign in, as a walk-in there for an appointment and wait (while someone was sitting at the front desk) to hand off a urine sample. I usually book my appointments online, I never walk in because I know from previous experience that that can be a lengthy wait. I was told I could just "drop off" the sample when given the materials to take home the previous day. To me, that means handing it to them and being on my merry way, not signing in as a walk in and then waiting for someone to open the door to hand them the sample. The person at the front desk isn't capable of receiving the sample? I really had to sign in and sit and wait for the phlebotomist to come out the same door and accept it and say, "thank you"? I don't understand, they literally just had to take it from my hands (all paperwork was in the packaging, which by the way, the person who did eventually receive the sample, never looked at or asked about the paperwork... literally took it from my hands and said thanks. Don't get me wrong, she was extremely friendly, very kind, the same phlebotomist that drew my blood and gave me the at home urine kit 24hrs previously. It is not her fault that the person at the desk didn't get off her butt and take the sample). Needless to say that I felt like my time was wasted, sitting there when the person at the front desk could have received the sample. Absolutely ridiculous. For this reason, I took one star away.”

“Went in for a employee lab screening at around 11:15am on a Friday. Checked in and the wait was around 5 minutes. An associate took me back, informed me of what I needed to do and answered any questions I had.In and out in less than 30 minutes.”
“I schedule an appointment for my 9 year old I check in 2 min later she calls him back very nice and skilled phlebotomist she stuck my son with no problem one shot. I’ve been to 3 other quest facility. This is my go to for now on”
“I know a lot of people have had problems with Persante in the past, but my experience was far different. I had a sleep study at Jefferson Hospital Cherry Hill last night. The facility was newly furnished (even with spring water for evening ablutions). The technician, Chris was very pleasant, personable, and very capable. He answered all my questions, was attentive to my needs, explained the procedure and the need for it, and as a result I had the best sleep I have had in the five sleep studies I have had over the years. I highly recommend Jefferson Cherry Hill as a sleep study center with Chris as technician.”

“I went to have blood drawn this morning and was extremely nervous. Making an appointment was easy as was signing in. I was early and brought in at my scheduled time. Tiffany drew my blood....again I was extremely nervous. She was so friendly, warm and put me at ease. She calmed my nerves and I did not even feel a thing. Cannot say enough about the experience and Tiffany was awesome!! Will definately go back there if I need lab work again.”
“I was a bit concerned about the low reviews at first but then realized that most of the negative reviews were years old. I arrived as a walk-in ( no appointment) at 9am on a weekday and was pleasantly surprised to see only several people ahead of me. The staff was personable and professional and the facility was clean and organized. I had a great experience ( much better than the Labcorp in my area) . I felt it was important to let people know that the low review score is misleading, and I will continue to travel 25 min to this location in the future.”
