My stay recently had my first ever rat in my room and the way it was handled was surprising.It’s usually great but a month ago I woke up to a rat in my room. I told the front desk and they didn’t seem phased and moved me to another room.After writing my initial review, the manager contacted me directly and handled everything very well.The breakfast here is probably the best out of any element I have stayed in”
