Great people work here and they are the only reason l bank here. The reality is all banks offer the same services. The customer service here is what makes it the place you need to do your banking at.

I just received excellent customer service from an employee named Victor Gonzales. He went out of his way to give me all the info I needed about a transfer I was thinking of making. I was very impressed. That level of attentive customer service is unusual these days. He really made it feel that my business there was important.
