My grandmother had Christina as a banker and she was not helpful towards her issue whatsoever. There was a condescending and diminishing attitude shown that was nothelpful towards finding a solution at all. She is the main reason why my elderly grandmother has since left Columbia bank and gone elsewhere. If Cristina is employed at Columbia, and she is a representation of the bank’s values, then there should be a standard that is upheld in order to best assist clients in an orderly and respectful manner. Cristina achieved quite the opposite. My grandmother returned home, defeated and upset. As long as Cristina is employed, I will not recommend this bank to anyone. My grandmother also will never return.

I just received excellent customer service from an employee named Victor Gonzales. He went out of his way to give me all the info I needed about a transfer I was thinking of making. I was very impressed. That level of attentive customer service is unusual these days. He really made it feel that my business there was important.

This bank doesn't even cash their own checks. They're uppity and their customer service is terrible.Don't get a business account here. They will treat your customers like criminals.They will absolutely fee your account as much as possible as well.

I have been going to Columbia Bank for many many years. Mostly I use the drive-thru. I go inside maybe once a year in December for the gift cards that don't charge a fee. Many of the people have changed in all these years but all of them are so welcoming. This will always be my bank. Thank you, Columbia Bank.

Iam very disappointed by their lack of proffessional service.The other day I contacted the branch by phone to talked with one of their employee. I wanted to dispute a transaction on my account. I was adviced that the only person authorised to help me resolve the issue would be a branch manager . Unfortunately I've been waiting to hear from him about 3 weeks since I brought this up. In the meantime I decided to call the branch once again to remind about it and I was told that I needed to wait for manager's call . Sadly I have not received any response to this day I felt ignored and disregarded . As a result of this gross incompetence on their end I seriously consider withdrawing all my funds and closing account.Shame

Waited 15 minutes behind one car in drive thru finally my turn never was greeted took another 13 minutes to get cash back and then it just came back and still no thank you or any kind of acknowledgement nothing terrible customer service for a bank that is really never busy its Christmas time and a friday get more help very disappointed I will be looking for a new bank after 25 years here I'm done

I have been with this branch for over 10 years now and I really like their service and customer care. Although at times I have been upset because my acct has been froze but this is not their fault, it is for security reasons because I had shopped at a retailer that was hacked. The customer service at this branch is very good, everyone is always very very patient and quite helpful.
