I used a coupon for the oil change service. The coupon also entitled me to Receive a free bottle of RENU Fuel Tank Additive. They never gave me any such bottle. I did get the oil change at the discounted price mentioned on the coupon though.

This firestone I haven't been to before, I've gone to the others in the area. I was surprised by the service here. The gentleman at the front was good at explaining to me about my tire and what it may need. All of the employees this day were great. Wasn't a long wait and pleasantly it was a good experience.
