“Amazing service and I didn’t even step foot in the store. I called the Wednesday before Thanksgiving searching for a specific men’s UGG shoe. I have called other Journeys but no location serviced me like this one. I spoke with a gentleman named Jose. Who let me know the shoe was out of stock and unfortunately he was unable to order it for me. He took down my information and said he will call me when he gets his next shipment. Due to COVID-19 I knew this was a long shot. I searched high and low since this was a Christmas gift my mom wanted for my brother. I finally was able to find a pair. I just received a call from Jose he received his shipment and the size I needed! I felt so bad I completely forgot and I already was able to get the shoe. I feel bad I am not giving him the business but he deserves a review and I highly recommend asking for him if there is something you need!”
“The store manager Kaleb was so helpful with getting my birthday shoes delivered to the correct address. I had been getting the run around from footlocker customer service and FedEx, but he got right to the bottom of the situation and got me a new shipping label created and my item should be here any day now.. “I hadn’t been inside this dicks in over 5 years but I needed running shoes for my first marathon run. The store was organized and easy to find the woman’s running shoe section. When I walked into the section there were sufficient associate coverage and I was nicely greeted by I believe her name was Arianna or Aianna? I told her my purpose for that days shopping also on a budget as I probably wouldn’t use the sneakers as often. She showed me great options as well as gave personal insight. Pricing was on sale but for the quality not bad(Nike $138). I asked if she makes commission and she mentioned no which was a shocker being in sales but it was also nice because that meant as well she genuinely wanted to help not just make a sale. The wait to check out wasn’t too long and as well the cashier was friendly. Great experience overall”

“My family and I frequently visit the Woodbridge Mall in New Jersey, and on this particular day, we were shopping for shoes for a special ceremony. Shopping with an 11-month-old baby can be quite challenging, but our experience at Aldo's was exceptional thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Omaida and her colleague, Ashly.
From the moment we walked into Aldo's, Omaida greeted us warmly and went above and beyond to assist us with our shoe purchase. She was incredibly patient and even took the time to interact with our baby, helping us out when pacifiers fell or when our little one got excited and started tearing up shoe box paper.
Ashly was equally considerate and supportive, working alongside Omaida to ensure we had a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. It's rare to encounter such genuine compassion and kindness from people in public, which is why we felt compelled to share our experience and encourage Aldo to recognize and appreciate these two outstanding employees.

“I had such a great experience when I visited this store! The two associates, Lizbeth and Amethyst were amazing! My dog chewed my favorite Loft headband and they helped me find the same one (not many left because it was on clearance). Then after, they helped me pick out several others that looked great. They were so welcoming, personable, and hilarious I really can't wait to go back. I hope everybody gets to experience these two awesome ladies!Thank you so much!!”

“I visited the Skechers store in Woodbridge with my child to get school shoes. I really appreciated that they had a good variety of sizes available, which made the shopping easier. However, the pair we ended up choosing wasn’t exactly the size I would have preferred, so I wasn’t completely satisfied. Overall, the store is nice, and the selection is good, but I wish the fitting worked out better.”
