“I came to this store to look for something that can feel comfortable in for 2 weddings. So the prices in this store are FANTASTIC they have good quality in shoes, sneakers, etc..I was able to get 2 different pair of shoes for lesser price and the Customer Service that I Received was awesome?. I left there with 4 pairs of shoes, 2 pairs of sneakers, a purse, slippers, and even a purse one to go out to the weddings and the other just everyday. “I had called to see if anyone there can help me put my line onto my reel since I’m new at fishing. An employee named Ethan had answered & told me to come on down. Not only did he show me how to properly put my line on the reel, he also explained & went into detail with me about the knots & showed me how to do for the next time. Showed me great patience & great customer service. I recommend if anyone is new with fishing & YouTube don’t work to explain stuff go see my guy Ethan, thorough guy!”

My dog chewed my favorite Loft headband and they helped me find the same one (not many left because it was on clearance). Then after, they helped me pick out several others that looked great.
