I wanted to return a Samsung cell phone and smart watch, but it took more than 15 days to return them. They didn't give me hope. What bothered me was that when I mentioned returning, the treatment was different. Because ? I am a customer of many years.

Slow service but I think that’s the fault of the customers and not the sales associates, although they should have more than 2 people working on a Saturday. The good news is the person that helped me was extremely nice.

In general it's ok. The staff is friendly and pleasant however there's always a line and not enough people working.
