I wanted to return a Samsung cell phone and smart watch, but it took more than 15 days to return them. They didn't give me hope. What bothered me was that when I mentioned returning, the treatment was different. Because ? I am a customer of many years.

Slow service but I think that’s the fault of the customers and not the sales associates, although they should have more than 2 people working on a Saturday. The good news is the person that helped me was extremely nice.

Last black friday we went to trade in phone here, customer executive with limited knowledge messed up everything. I lost phone which I trade in to Tmobile and now I am paying full amount for new phone. Please dont go here.

I wish I could give lower than one star. The rep there was not helpful and even told us we can’t transfer data from an Android to an iPhone. Thank god for T-Mobile phone representatives because the one I encountered at this store didn’t even want to answer my questions and seemed annoyed. Never going back there again. Avoid if you can.

I bought a new phone and the woman "helping" me did not transfer my contacts over properly. I lost almost all my contacts and all my old texts (even though she asked how far back I wanted the texts saved) It seems what was only saved to my sim card and google account is what transferred over, not what was saved on the phone. Of course I should have checked to make sure before she erased my old phone but I assumed she knew what she was doing. I just hope she is trained properly so this does not happen to someone else. I believe her name is Vanessa.

In general it's ok. The staff is friendly and pleasant however there's always a line and not enough people working.

I went to this store to pick up an order and looking to buy 2 watches. The representative had an attitude, didn’t even greet us. The name tag says she speaks Spanish and when we were speaking Spanish she was answering in English. Asked about any promotions and she mentioned the current promotion for the watch serie 7 bogo. We were looking to then take the promotion and when ask about the monthly pricing her answer was take the number and divide it by 24. EXCUSE MEEEE.. I don’t have to do your job, obviously with 2 watches the monthly payment will be different in both. I asked about the color bands and her answer was I don’t know what we have in stock. I am a Verizon customer and a former T-Mobile looking to get a line again with T mobile but after this experience it reminded me why I switched to Verizon plus she wasn’t getting no commission from us. BTW her name is Aaliyah

Horrible customer service at this store.The woman at the counter is absolutely rude , angry, and nasty. Tmobile as a corporation are scammers and liars. I wastold to pick up a new S22 replacement device at this store due to screen getting cracked from the the scam and false promotion of 'liquid screen protector'.Called tmobile, they assured they would replace the device due to thier error and even told me I could pick up a free physical screen protector as well. The woman who assisted me was rude, angry, and extremely nasty. Worst experience . I am disgusted and will never recommend Tmobile to anyone again.

Lazy, LAZY workers! What the heck is wrong with this place? I usually give people slack because of covid but this is ridiculous. My whole family has come here because we live near and we have been sent to other stores after we said we want to upgrade. I do not want a new line, I just want an upgrade, and you should be willing to help regardless. Better stores elsewhere, don't put up with these inconsiderate people!
