Second time coming in this store for service and they add me to their queue and more than 15 mins go by and I’ve had to walk out and I’m still waiting for the notification of turn. Horrible! There were 2 reps walking around with one of them saying ‘I have go to the bathroom’ and never came back. I’m in Customer Service. This is definitely Not Customer Service!! Very disappointed!

Always terrible customer service at the Verizon store located at Woodbridge Center Drive.Customer service on the phone told me to go to the actual store. The guy that was supposed to be "helping" me was more interested in his own personal phone texting situation. Then, he did not want to hear what I had to say and continued to interrupt me and be rude. What really made me angry was the fact that I wanted to buy an accessory for my phone and he told me that it would be a few mins because I had to wait for the computer to allow the item to be bought. I didn't understand since everyone else didn't seem to have a problem. After about 15 mins of waiting, I asked another employee to see where the guy went. She couldn't find him. When she finally did, I was told he had been praying in the back as part of his religion. I absolutely have no problem with ppl praying or following their religious beliefs. However, I do have a problem when he was supposed to be helping me and decided to have me wait without letting me know or letting someone else take care of me. I am disabled and in constant pain. I should have been made to wait!!!

Currently waiting in store to return router. Also, 3 people behind me in line waiting to do the same. I have been here over 40 minutes. There are two employees here and it seems that they just care about making a sale and do not know how to manage a store of multiple clients. Customer service is below average.

The staff was great theybwere extremely patient setting up my new device and swrvice as I switch from T-Nightmare. I feel for them. They get slammed in the afternoon with Seniors. Some are not so kind and patient to the staff but they handle it all like professionals.

Louis was such an amazing help in not only helping my first phone issue of the week but also when i returned to activate my new phone when corporate was extremely unhelpful over the phone. He was knowledgeable and extremely friendly which was a huge relief in comparison to my experience over the phone with corporate. If i ever have any issues in the future i will surely come to this specific store and ask for him.

I did a review a week ago on Google but the store decided to hide it. Responded to the link they replied with but no response. Shows they don't care so I contacted the FCC & was able to get a executive to contact me about the matter. If you have a valid issue that is unresolved please file a complaint with the FCC it will help others. Original Google review below.This "corporate" store is a joke. I came in looking for a prepaid plan & asked the salesman if there would be a fee since it is a "corporate" store. He said there is & tried to tell me a $30 fee until I asked him "is this a corporate store?" he said yes. So I told him the website said a corporate Verizon store does not charge a fee to sign up for prepaid. Then he said there won't be a fee now don't worry. I even called Verizon & they said there wouldn't be a fee. I leave because he says I can't get service without a device connected & my phone isn't unlocked yet to activate. That's understandable so I call Verizon customer service to see if I can buy a sim from the store for now and they say yes. I come back asking to buy a sim & he says no he can't sell me one. That's fine, so we try to sign me up by connecting my phone a different way. I ask about acp & he acts clueless like he doesn't know what acp. is. There was a big sign right behind him that said acp. Dumbfounded I ask "do you not know what acp is?" after a minute he finally understands what I'm talking about. He then says I can't do acp with prepaid, only postpaid. I leave because I have to go, but I call Verizon customer service & the prepaid service department. Both departments say I can do acp & send me an email with a link to the acp program with Verizon. Webpage says "Home Internet, Mobile,Verizon Prepaid". When I walked in I knew what I was about to deal with. I came in looking to get service same day & leave with confusion. If you're not throwing money at fees & new cell phones they don't care. They only wanna make the most money they can from you. I would never want to give people like that any business.

Armando and Mo were amazing! After spending 5 hours on the phone with Samsung and visiting 2 UbreakIfix stores, I felt helpless. My last resort was to go to Verizon and see if they'd heard of my Samsung Galaxy issue. They were so patient and even got Samsung and a Verizon tech on the phone while I was there. Very friendly staff willing to listen to your explanation no matter how complex.

I went to this store this morning to try to upgrade my 2 iPhones. I've been a Verizon Wireless customer for 23 years and have never had a problem with them. The store opened at 9. We arrived around 9:20 waited around 15 minutes until the employees were ready to start working. When they finally attended to us I felt they were trying to talk me into things I didn't need...Mandatory insurance, opening a credit card, adding new lines etc. Bottom line was the best deal they could give me would have my bill increasing over 100% for the first 3 months and 75% after that. I told the gentleman that was helping us that I wouldn't be able to afford that, thanked him for his time and I was going to keep the plan and phones I had. This afternoon I logged on to my Verizon app to find that he had gone ahead and changed my plan without authorization. After an hour on the phone with the very helpful Verizon customer service agent he was able to change my plan back to the way it was. He also confirmed that my plan was changed without authorization, I was being pushed to make changes I didn't need that would make my bill unnecessarily more expensive and advised me to do any future business online. I would not recommend doing business with this store at all as they are not trustworthy and definitely do not have the customer's best interest in mind.

The helped but i have to go back because all my #'s didnt transfer to my new phone & txt notifications stopped working. But that may be a Google issue since its a Google pixel phone. But they did help me set it up

Helped by khaled and he was able to swap out of phones with iPhone cases and swapped all data from one phone to another and he did a great job.
