“I found this location a couple weeks back when I had to pay my Verizon home internet/ cable bill and googled the nearest location. During my visit Rasheed asked me what service I had because I was contemplating whether or not to make the switch from T-Mobile. He was very polite and informative, he left me with his business card that gave me a breakdown on what to expect if I did decide to switch. Ultimately I made up my mind because I liked his customer service and his attitude. Now I know (from experience) dealing with phone/utility company’s can be very hectic however, my experience at this Verizon location was exceptional. Rasheed made mine and my wife’s switch from T-Mobile Seamless. He was patient, and I can’t thank him enough for setting us up with our new iPhones while my 1year old ran around the store shouting with excitement trying to take his first steps. Lol Nonetheless, I highly recommend Rasheed and this location if you’re looking to get a new phone or even just to pay a bill.”

“The best place to buy appliances for your home.Today I needed to buy a full suite of appliances. Refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave.My regular sales person Cliff helped me.Not the usual sales person, he is kind, gentle and really worked hard to find me the best deal possible. Then there was Andrew, the General Manager. It had been about 6 months since I had been in to P.C Richards. He immediately recognized me, gave me a warm hello and shook my hand. After Cliff totaled the sale, Andrew came over to approve the sale and give me a few more discounts. He again shook my hand and thanked me for choosing P.C. Richards.Customer Service at its best!!My delivery is next week.Thank you, again for making me feel like a valued customer!”

His knowledge of phones and other devices is very impressive. He was able to not only transfer the data, but also explained a few other things. Many people post experiences but I wanted to let people know this store is excellent in Ramsey. Highly recommend. I was interested in their international data included plan. It's been a few days and we have no problems. We got their premium plan. Got new phones too.”

“I purchased a new iPad Air on Monday. I got it home and discovered multiple issues with it. Called Apple 1800# And they told me to return to the store. I was ready for “battle” as my issues were the result of poor salesmanship. I asked to speak with a manager and I was ready to “pounce”. Then, Erica introduced herself to me, listened to my complaints and she assured me that she would resolve my concerns. I was expecting to have to buy another new iPad. Well, after her diagnosis, she resolved my issues without me having to buy another iPad. Erica demonstrated superior client servicing skills, empathy and support. She clearly exceeded expectations and it was an enjoyable experience.”
