Yash was patient and willing to answer every question I had, whether it was about the iPhone itself or even specific apps. Because of how positive my experience was, I specifically booked an appointment with him again when it was time to upgrade my husband’s phone.

We were leary but he explained everything in detail and we decided to go with the new package. Received the phones in the mail and went back to AJ to set them up for us. A heads up- I would highly recommend calling any Apple store ahead of time to triple check that a product is in stock, especially if it is a newer “hot” item. You can check online as a pick up order but it definitely is better from my experience to call ahead if they are able to check stock over the phone. We saw one second the Macbook was in stock at one store and the next morning, it was sold out. Stock definitely changes rapidly.”
