“This shop has all your paintball, and airsoft needs. If you don't see it ask and they'll most likely get it from the back. They work on markers here too! Fixed my Pink Lady. Also traded merchandise for store credit. A very very fair trade.

“Just because I left Hackensack years ago, I still let people know how kind and knowledgeable they are. I used to work the counter years in the coffee shop next door. At that time I wasn't making a lot of money. I wore sneakers and wore them out pretty quickly. After I mentioned that my feet were hurting, the owners suggested a special brand that would last. After my shift was over I went next door. I was fitted perfectly! They were SO very comfortable. I had seen some prices so I guess I looked worried. I was given a price that I could afford. After leaving that coffee shop I finished school. I still work on my feet but, not for tips. I enjoyed that job! They both tipped nicely all of the time. I hope they remember the girl with the long blonde poney tail named Trish. You really should visit this store. I know some people that went not long ago. They thanked me for recommending this store. A very nice woman helped me with an affordable set of darts, board and some accessories.
She made me throw some darts and as I would throw she would hand me different style darts with different barrels/grips/weight/flights until I found a combo that felt right for me.
Great experience and a must if you are new to darts.
I wish I could find someone with her experience for some lessons!”

“Today my son and I visited this fine establishment. We were greeted by the Best associate, a young lady by the name of Ms. Brooke. She quickly approached my son, and I and asked if we needed help with anything. We instantly felt comfortable, and she began to proceed to show us the lacrosse equipment. Her customer service was great.She treated us with care and understanding. I had a million questions and when she and my son were discussing lacrosse, I felt happy because I have no idea what they were saying. Lol. After we finished our visit , I felt informed and happy. We will definitely be returning for another visit. I wanted to commend Ms. Brooke on her excellent customer service and professionalism when dealing with customers. I recommend that Ms. Brooke be considered for a raise as she positively represents the @LacrosseUnlimited store in a positive light. ****Update**** so we went back into the store and purchased the chest pads and after further speaking to Ms. Brooke, she made it clear that the best option would be to purchase the gloves as well. “To Wayne and Management- I wanted to give a shout out to Dom in archery. I've been going to Davis since I was a kid and now I have been trying to get my own kids started in archery. We had an old hand-me-down bow that Dom happily measured/adjusted/fixed to let my daughter try the sport. We have been back a few times since and Dom is always beyond helpful and patient. She's hooked now and we'll be telling her friends to see Dom at Davis when they are ready to take up the sport.”

“Not sure about the less than 4 * reviews here but I have had nothing but great experience at this store.The inflation has of course driven the prices up that is nothing "a store" or people working there responsible for.I have been coming to this store after moving in this area a year ago. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The manager is friendly, on top of everything even with less employees working at times. The store is in great condition despite busy hours and I have felt welcomed and free to come here. The presence of a great staff and the environment they create for customers is the reason I come and shop here all the time. Those that complain about workers doing their jobs just do not want to cooperate or follow company policies.This is store is in a mall with lot of traffic, so it can get very busy and become tumultuous due to amount of people and lot of people with families and small kids come here. I give credit to their team to try to fix and be on top of everything. Regardless, the manager and his staff are doing a great job and although the selection is not a lot I can find what I need for my family. Thank you!”

“I've had several fittings here (woods, irons, putter) and always come away with better-performing equipment than I arrived with. The fitting bay has all the hi-tech stuff, but you actually hit to the outdoors, instead of into a screen. So, you get to see the ball fly, which I like. Bill Cho, the owner and head fitter, really knows what he's doing and has access to the very best clubs and custom shafts.It' can get expensive , but, if you're serious about the game, I think it's worth it.”
