“This shop has all your paintball, and airsoft needs. If you don't see it ask and they'll most likely get it from the back. They work on markers here too! Fixed my Pink Lady. Also traded merchandise for store credit. A very very fair trade.

“Just because I left Hackensack years ago, I still let people know how kind and knowledgeable they are. I used to work the counter years in the coffee shop next door. At that time I wasn't making a lot of money. I wore sneakers and wore them out pretty quickly. After I mentioned that my feet were hurting, the owners suggested a special brand that would last. After my shift was over I went next door. I was fitted perfectly! They were SO very comfortable. I had seen some prices so I guess I looked worried. I was given a price that I could afford. After leaving that coffee shop I finished school. I still work on my feet but, not for tips. I enjoyed that job! They both tipped nicely all of the time. I hope they remember the girl with the long blonde poney tail named Trish. You really should visit this store. I know some people that went not long ago. They thanked me for recommending this store. Super hospitable as well and not pushy for any sales. “Today my son and I visited this fine establishment. We were greeted by the Best associate, a young lady by the name of Ms. Brooke. She quickly approached my son, and I and asked if we needed help with anything. We instantly felt comfortable, and she began to proceed to show us the lacrosse equipment. Her customer service was great.She treated us with care and understanding. I had a million questions and when she and my son were discussing lacrosse, I felt happy because I have no idea what they were saying. Lol. After we finished our visit , I felt informed and happy. We will definitely be returning for another visit. I wanted to commend Ms. Brooke on her excellent customer service and professionalism when dealing with customers. I recommend that Ms. Brooke be considered for a raise as she positively represents the @LacrosseUnlimited store in a positive light. ****Update**** so we went back into the store and purchased the chest pads and after further speaking to Ms. Brooke, she made it clear that the best option would be to purchase the gloves as well. “I've had several fittings here (woods, irons, putter) and always come away with better-performing equipment than I arrived with. The fitting bay has all the hi-tech stuff, but you actually hit to the outdoors, instead of into a screen. So, you get to see the ball fly, which I like. Bill Cho, the owner and head fitter, really knows what he's doing and has access to the very best clubs and custom shafts.It' can get expensive , but, if you're serious about the game, I think it's worth it.”

“I had a really nice experience here today. I'm not normally a hat guy, so I went in not really knowing what to expect, but the young guy behind the counter did a great job of showing me everything I wanted to look at, took his time, wasn't rushed, gave me some suggestions and answered lots of questions - all around very nice mom-and-pop store kind of customer service. I looked at one hat that had a slight defect on it, and he was quick to point it out before I even noticed it in case I was one of these super meticulous hat people. (All of the other hats looked immaculate.) The selection at this store is large and they have a bunch of custom hats that they've designed, so you won't find them elsewhere. I bought two hats that I'm pretty excited about. The store looked closed when I got there, and the guy said that they often look closed but are open, so give the door a knock even if it is locked. Highly recommend for local hat shop, and the guy said that they sell most of their hats online, so I image their website is worth checking out.”
