“Was in the store this past Saturday. There was a kid who was a little short on his purchase. The cashier came over and put up the money he needed to be able to purchase a football. He walked out of there super happy. Times like these we need a little kindness. What may seem small to others can be really big to someone else. I dodnt get her name and I should have but just wanted to share her kindness.”
“Johana was very kind to my child . She asked them questions so she knew what book they were looking for, and she gave them very good choices to choose from. My child was completely comfortable around her. This employee is very nice, and welcoming with her customers.”
“Took my son here for the first time, he has been asking me since he saw their table at NA day event. He’s very into Pokémon cards right now. As we were browsing one of the gentlemen gave him a Halloween pack right away. We bought 3 packs and had a good conversation. As we were about to leave the 2 guys gave my son a whole stack of holographic cards for free. There ended up being a holographic gyrados in that stack of cards and my son has been hoping for that card in every pack he opens, it made his day. Great customer service and highly recommend. Great people. Thank you again!”

Fun store to walk around and get lost in nostalgia. Wouldn't get my comics from any other shop. Even if I was in a life-threatening situation, I'd still pick Zapp! Comics. Thank you to everyone who works there! Zap to the extreme!!”

Didn't make any purchase but seems like a nice car shop (they sell some video games too).
Seem to host a MTG night as well.

“It is TONS OF TOYS! And it's much more organized than it appears at first glance. The staff is very willing to be helpful, but not at all pushy. They have anything retro or new that I was able to ponder while searching for gifts. The have gift wrapping at checkout, and are again, so helpful... I hope this helps you. Good call if you choose to go there.”

“They brought my early 80’s baby doll back to life! Her head has always been too heavy for her body, so they made her a new body and cleaned her up. We also replaced her brown eyes with new blue eyes to match her mama’s. ??? She is precious, clean, and best of all her head doesn’t roll off. Not cheap at all, but she looks beautiful. “Great shop to visit if you are into Funko Pops. As soon as you enter, you are surrounded by pops everywhere. Most shops just carry a million commons but Wize Guys carry a huge variety of pops from old to new. Definitely worth a visit!”

Update- Much better! I'm happy these didn't have self checkout, like the other location near us. Fun stock of stuff you want but don't need, polite staff and clean store.”
“Had appointment at 1300 got there at 7 am got to the door at 1030 load less than hour friendly people work there can park there at the end of the building besides old trailer at the end of the parking lot right backing up at the door due to the wall in the way but overall good experience will return again”

These kits are easy enough, with a little bit of challenge, and provide a concrete learning experience. A good place to shop for science fair projects. Highly recommended.”

“The absolutely delightful store manager Barbara, and her staff provided me with the utmost in customer service. I had an issue where 2 of the items I purchased for my godson were ringing up incorrectly. I didn't want to tell him no after he chose what he wanted and they rang up for way more than what I expected. So I bit the bullet especially since it was for my godson after all. But I definitely left with an underlying feeling of sticker shock. I came back for a different purchase the next day and the employee at the counter this time immediately knew something was wrong with the prices I had paid yesterday and took me downstairs to speak to the store manager. Barbara was just fantastic, she must have spent about half an hour looking into the issue and assisting me. She refunded me for the incorrect pricing, was extremely apologetic, and overall was just so professional and kind. She made it such a pleasant transaction that I purchased even more items and left the store in such a great mood. This is the kind of service that is so rare to receive these days, and I want to commend Barbara and her staff for really going the extra mile to correct the situation and make it an absolutely wonderful shopping experience at their store. Although I'm not always in the area, I will definitely go out of my way to shop at and support this location going forward. If only every store provided customer service like this! Thank you so much once again Barbara and team!”
