I am a happy Customer of Bank of the West, and this is my favorite branch. Now I know that there are some who complain but I've never had anything except excellent service here. Not surprised to see such a low rating, there were two tellers and no one in line and I was still told: "Be with you in a minute." Not sure why but I don't have a minute because you are slack at customer service. Roma, both on Jaun Tabo and Grand (MLK) branches rock! Won't be back to this branch.
