“Need to add secure, automatic locking doors to both sides of your atm booth if it's going to be so lit up inside of it that you can't see outside of it at night. Went the other night to make a withdraw and there was someone hovering in the parking lot outside the atm booth, and from inside, I could not see anything outside, so I had to constantly watch both open doorways every time I heard a sound outside. I mean either put some kind of anti reflective coating on the inside windows of the booth, so everyone can see outside of it at night clearly, or add automatically locking doors to both sides of the booth, the ones that you need your atm or debit card to unlock from the outside. Either one of these would suffice, for the safety of the customers. Of course the locking doors would be optimal, but at least the interior anti reflective coating would allow anyone using the atm to be able to see outside of it at night. Otherwise, I've enjoyed being a customer.”

“Firstly, I'm going to assume that you clicked on this review because you're seeking MEANINGFUL info, which is why I'll NOT include my photo, as you could probably care less about my appearance as my evaluation of the bank, THAT being the subject matter at hand! I have been a customer here for about a year. They have gone through a lot of folk. That can be a good, or a bad sign. In this case, I feel that THIS branch NURTURES TALENT (it is on a major intersection, gets a lot of customers/ is quite busy, but the wait times tend not to be too long... and are longest when the bank just opens, not surprisingly!). The tellers (some of whom make a career here) are friendly, helpful and professional, with just the right amount of the personal touch. The opening hours, since you're here (you could go find them online, but you're here, so probably would like to have that detail as well!), are as follows (and note that the hours given apply BOTH to drive-up as well as to lobby/teller hours): Mon-Thu 9-5 Fri 9-6 Sat-Sun Closed There's plenty of close, convenient parking too, and you can exit on Central Avenue in an easterly direction (no two-lane divider) if you use Madeira Drive. . . .”

“Customer service at its best!! I've been coming here forever. How did I forget to checkin and review it on Yelp?! Everyone is so nice and welcoming here, it could be because they have a great boss. Quami is such a great leader and you can see that his actions follow through to his employees. Sandi is such a sweetheart and full of knowledge about information for small business. When I had my company I went to her for everything! One of the big pluses, if you have your own company, they have a counter. Other institutions, like credit unions, count it all by hand and it takes forever. They will always have a cup of coffee waiting for you, a smile and a lollipop! I like to promote local businesses but this branch is so much better than my local credit union!”
