“I’ve been ordering a lot of car parts lately, and I’m definitely not an expert, so great customer service makes all the difference. I normally go to the O’Reilly on San Mateo, and every time the staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful.
This week I had to place a couple of different parts orders, and Mark, the store manager, went above and beyond. He took the time to make sure I got every single part I needed, double-checked compatibility, and was extremely patient and thorough. It’s rare to find service like that anymore.

“On March 11.2026 I visited O' Reilly Auto for a much needed inexpensive auto part for my Infiniti. As I attempted to insert the part to make sure it was the proper size, I lost it in the engine compartment. Zak an employee went beyond the call of anyone I've ever known and got under my SUV complexly covering himself with grit and dirt and oil ,removing the under engine panel and retrieved the part I so clumsily dropped. I will never forget his and Tj's dedication to helping me. Guys like Zak and TJ are rare. An award ,$$$$ and certainly recognition is in order!

“Honestly I think this has to be one of the best battery warehouses in town it would have cost me almost $300 for my battery and it only cost me $80 here plus you get a 2 year warranty which the other place was only offering a 3 year warranty and their battery gave out after 3 years and 1 month.... coincidence? I would honestly not go anywhere else for my battery. These refurbish batteries are more or less better than a brand new battery at a fraction of the cost. Their workers know what they're doing they get the job done quickly and are very professional.”

“I visited today with a battery that I didn't buy. It was in a vehicle that I had purchased. The battery was from Mor-Co. They tested it and found no major issues. I calmly explained how I regularly leave the vehicle inactive for days at a time and she just won't start without a charge or jump. They prorated it. and gave me a great deal on a new battery. I'm satisfied with my experience at Mor-co.”
