The whole experience was pleasant and fast. After replacing my windshield, they also let me know that they will repair any new chips for the next 30 days for free. “I came into A-1 Glass Depot this past week to fill a chip/crack that was located on the tension part of the windshield from a recent road trip. Because of the unfortunate location of the rock hitting my windshield, I was told by another great glass business that during the repair work, a crack clear across the windshield could develop and they gave me a referral to someone else. And rather than getting an entire windshield replacement from the dealership, I went to A-1 Glass, where I was treated extremely well, the glass technician has 30+ years of experience and he confidently and expertly fixed/filled the chip without cracking the entire windshield. I was quoted $35 to fill the chip. When it was completed, the office manager tried to charge me nothing! I insisted on paying for the work completed and we settled on another amount that was still less than the initial quote. It really doesn't get any better than this with customer service, experience and high expertise by the glass technician. I waited no more than 15 minutes from start to finish. 5+ stars for this business. Thank you, A-1 Glass Depot!”

“When I arrived the tech greeted me as I got out of my car and he already had the glass and tools prepped and ready to go. When I made the appointment I was told it would take about 2 hours but the tech said about 45 minutes. He was so professional that I was driving away 45 minutes after arriving. The glass looks perfect, sealed well, and the lane departure camera works just like it did before. Appointment for windshield replacement was accomplished quickly and easily on the phone. It was set up at a location very near my home which is a benefit of TechnaGlass using Jiffy Lube garages. Cassandra was very understand and helpful. Was able to check inventory for my window and found stock in Phoenix. Paid the freight cost to have shipped to Albuquerque.
