“This is the first time I’ve been to this business and I was so impressed! They were super kind, had a very nice lounge to wait in with snacks and drinks, and we were in and out in about 10 mins. They were incredible!”

“I was already planning to leave a great review while I was sitting in the waiting area, but by the time I left, I was even more impressed. I was a walk-in customer, and from the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional. My son was asleep in the car, so instead of making me come inside, they actually sent someone out to help me. That small act of kindness made such a difference. They got me in immediately, and even though my windshield chip was in a difficult location and large, the technician was able to repair it. The entire process took less than 30 minutes! Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, and the waiting area was clean and welcoming, with complimentary snacks, water, and even a coffee bar. Then came the biggest surprise of all, they told me there was no charge for the repair. They fixed my windshield and sent me on my way without charging me a dime. I was completely caught off guard. That unexpected generosity was such a blessing and says so much about the kind of business they are. It's rare to find a company that provides outstanding customer service, quality work, and genuine kindness all in one visit. I can't recommend A-1 Glass Depot enough. They've definitely earned a lifelong customer, and I'll be recommending them to everyone I know!”

“We had an issue with a BMW we owned for a couple months that made us want to change models (no fault of Sandia). Trish in sales and Dave Orso (manager) were very kind and understanding. They made the process smooth and were extremely fair with the trade-in process. We have only had positive experiences working with the sales and finance team and would recommend them without hesitation.”

“They had availability and were able to schedule me within a week of calling! Quote was on point and reasonable, they estimated 2.5 hours for the job and it was exactly right. The office is clean, cooled, and it felt like doing business with family. Support local and consider how dated bad reviews are. This business is kind, professional, and very experienced.”

“After someone broke the window in our car while we were traveling through Albuquerque, I found myself in a stressful situation, traveling alone with my two young children and our dog. I showed up first thing on a Saturday morning hoping for the best, and the owner immediately jumped into action. He found a replacement window that no one else had been able to locate and had our new door glass installed in about an hour. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made all the difference. What could have been an incredibly overwhelming morning turned into a smooth, stress-free experience. The quality of the work was excellent, the service was unbelievably fast, and the customer care was outstanding. I’m so grateful for the help and would recommend this shop without hesitation to anyone who needs auto glass repair. Thank you for getting us safely back on the road!”

“ABQ Collision replaced a passenger sideview mirror on my Subaru Forester. The dealership where I purchased the car estimated the cost would be more than $2000! The electronic sensors drive up the cost, however a $1000 deductible forced me to go elsewhere. I was pleasantly pleased with the results and the cost was far less (around $700) had I gone to the dealership. The work was completed in a few short hours, hassle free. The owners are kind honest people.”

“When I arrived the tech greeted me as I got out of my car and he already had the glass and tools prepped and ready to go. When I made the appointment I was told it would take about 2 hours but the tech said about 45 minutes. He was so professional that I was driving away 45 minutes after arriving. The glass looks perfect, sealed well, and the lane departure camera works just like it did before. Appointment for windshield replacement was accomplished quickly and easily on the phone. It was set up at a location very near my home which is a benefit of TechnaGlass using Jiffy Lube garages. Great customer service and professional installation is the reason for 5 stars...competitive pricing for this service and free windshield repairs included are additional bonuses.Services: Auto windshield replacement”

“Initially I left a 1 star review because of some very poor service by one individual. However after that review the owner reached out to me and did all he could to improve the situation including a refund and getting his best technician (Andrew) to fill the chips in my windshield. He was very professional and apologetic. They renewed my faith in the business. As such I updated this review to a 5 star and would recommend them because of their quick response and willingness to make things right. It's very refreshing to come across people and businesses that actually care about customer service. Thank you!Service: Auto windshield repair”

“Driving in from Trxas got a huge ding right at driver's side eye level. Googled closest repair and found Techna on Juan Tabo, Albuquerque. As soon as I pulled up, Kris greeted me, agreed huge, gave me my options, stated it might be a few minutes but could be done. Went through insurance, no cost to me. Every employee was friendly, helpful and made the experience great. Kris went above and beyond and I was soon on my way. Extremely pleased with the whole experience, making what could have been a bad start to my trip positive. Highly recommend.Service: Auto windshield repair”
