“I was already planning to leave a great review while I was sitting in the waiting area, but by the time I left, I was even more impressed.
I was a walk-in customer, and from the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional. My son was asleep in the car, so instead of making me come inside, they actually sent someone out to help me. That small act of kindness made such a difference.
They got me in immediately, and even though my windshield chip was in a difficult location and large, the technician was able to repair it. The entire process took less than 30 minutes!
Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, and the waiting area was clean and welcoming, with complimentary snacks, water, and even a coffee bar.
Then came the biggest surprise of all, they told me there was no charge for the repair. They fixed my windshield and sent me on my way without charging me a dime. I was completely caught off guard. That unexpected generosity was such a blessing and says so much about the kind of business they are.
It's rare to find a company that provides outstanding customer service, quality work, and genuine kindness all in one visit. I can't recommend A-1 Glass Depot enough. They've definitely earned a lifelong customer, and I'll be recommending them to everyone I know!”

“My experience was not with an RV, but a propane supply hose from an old and unique camp stove. It had a crack near one of the brass ferrules, leaking propane when I used the stove. Being approximately 1975 vintage, the hose parts were non-existent! I stopped by with the whole assembly and Randy was able (despite his misgivings) to cut out the cracked section, use the old connector, and crimp it so that it no longer leaks. All for a more than reasonable price (free!) and in a quick hurry too! This is someone who clearly has a can-do attitude and great customer service. Thanks so much Randy!”
“Was in a rush to get my windshield fixed cuz I do Uber and I can't drive with a crack. Called everywhere and speedy glass. Had my windshield in stock which happened to be nice and they also were able to install it the same day. They were cheaper than three other windshield repair shops. I called and we're able to take care of me the same day which is extraordinary! This might not always be the case, but if you want fast, reliable service they can help you and have great customer service.”
“I’ve had the unfortunate experience of needing to replace the windshield on my ’91 Jeep Cherokee twice in a year. The first i took it was a big hassle and was taking too much time. After that hassle, I decided to try this place instead. They had the windshield and the brackets in stock, so it was a smooth experience from the start. When my windshield was vandalized again, I didn’t hesitate to come back here for the repair. Even though I was initially hesitant about going to a corporate shop rather than a family-owned business, everything went perfectly. I’ll definitely keep coming back for all my window and tinting needs.”

“I had two small door dents with a bit of scraped paint. I checked with them in the late afternoon and they got me in first thing the next morning. They did a very nice job and did it quickly while I waited. They were very nice guys and charged a fair price for good work. I would highly recommend them. PS They let me watch while they did the work which I found very interesting.”
“I took my 2024 Corvette to Extreme Auto Glass for a tint, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Randy and his team did an excellent job—the precision and quality of the work are top-notch. Beyond the craftsmanship, their customer service was standout; they really listen to what you need and handle everything with care. Great pricing and even better people. I highly recommend them if you want the job done right! FYI I got the two side windows done on a 15% XPEL Ceramic, I will definitely come back to get the Windshield done later.”

“When I arrived the tech greeted me as I got out of my car and he already had the glass and tools prepped and ready to go. When I made the appointment I was told it would take about 2 hours but the tech said about 45 minutes. He was so professional that I was driving away 45 minutes after arriving. The glass looks perfect, sealed well, and the lane departure camera works just like it did before. Appointment for windshield replacement was accomplished quickly and easily on the phone. It was set up at a location very near my home which is a benefit of TechnaGlass using Jiffy Lube garages. “Living in a high rise condo and trying to find a window replacement company is no easy task. After dozens of “we only go up 4 floors” I was at my wits end. The only bid we had was about double what it should be, the “we don’t really want it unless you pay thru the nose” bid. Then through a commercial property manager I discovered Zia Glass. They saved the day. No problem with 15th floor. Bid was right on.
Workers are perfectionists. Office staff is unsurpassed. Done just in time for the recent gale force winds. These guys are great. Hire them.”
