Cafe Istanbul is a gem offering both a restaurant and a well-stocked grocery store. The food is pretty good and amazing, with dishes like tasty kabobs, gyros, delicious rice, good hummus, fabulous hummus, dolma, and baklava. The attached market has a ton of Mediterranean stuff, including a great selection of Turkish olives, pepperoncinis, spices, teas, coffees, candies, cookies, and an olive bar. It is a favorite spot to stock up on Iranian and Middle Eastern groceries. The place is very clean and stocked, with very reasonable prices. The service is extremely nice, kind, welcoming, and friendly from the very sweet family. Customers are highly recommended to enjoy this local business and will be very happy.
I went to the store to look at there spices. They have lots of options that you don't find at supermarkets. I didn't eat at the restaurant. We plan to go back and have lunch.

I love Cafe Istanbul! The owners are incredibly sweet, attentive and truly care about the service they offer our community. And their food..absolutely fresh, delicious and I love that they keep a clean kitchen. A true gem in Albuquerque!
