Employee attempted to lock my wife and other customers in the store. Refused to say why or give any explanation. All while yelling and being incredibly rude. -10/10 will never go again

Came to try to get gas and there is a note tapped to the door that they are closed for 15 minutes. I try to pay at the pump and it says please pay inside. Waited 15 minutes and left. ..
