“Roman came out to repair our freezer ice maker under a warranty through Lowe's. He also works independently through his company. He showed up with the right parts in hand and made the repairs within thirty minutes. I asked him, what is non warranty cost would have been for this repair and it seemed extremely reasonable compared to other bids I have had in the past. He was friendly and knowledgeable and can do all large appliance repairs. We will definitely have him back out when needed.”
