He greeted me with a smile as soon as I opened the door, welcomed me, and asked how he could help me solve my issue.
he was always smiling and always available for my questions and concerns
. And less than a minute he solved my problem. he was a very cheerful guy, and he was very willing in terms of customer service, especially since these days it’s rare. I have worked in customer service in hotels for many years, and this is something that’s being lost now.
I was impressed by how happy this guy was doing his job. I recommend, if one day you have a problem, that you go see Fernando.”

“My opinion: CRICKET is the cell provider for me. I've been with T Mobile (lots of problems: equipment & service) went elsewhere. I've been MetroPCS (hidden items such as refusing to allow GTL network to connect to Metro's stopped me from being able communicate with loved ones & from being able to do my job working with the homeless in Texas) this company caused my wife to cry - moved 3 phones to CRICKET.”

I appreciated how easy she made everything because I needed to get a new phone and I was stressing out about my old phone giving out and the people at the Coors location weren't willing to work with me with they said i needed my mom there to purchase the phone. “The Chic at the Boost Mobile, (next door to KFC, Louisiana & Central), really knows her stuff when it comes to using a cell phone! My hubby's phone was "clogged" so to speak, plus we both are just old ?, learning to use a cell phone is hard for us old farts (Tee Hee), but she got it going faster, cleaned it up great, and told him some basic things. ( Like don't download tik tok, it's got viruses, and people, some, ( not all mind you), beg for money). (And some, um... X-rated videos, web sites, carry bunches of viruses), So, back to Boost Mobile, the chick is fantastic with phones, and customer service, ie, great with customers.”
“My husband had his phone screen replaced here a few months ago (never a fun thing to have to do, but the service was quick and well-priced), and we recently went back to diagnose the overheating and charging issues I've had with my phone. The man we spoke to both times was honest/transparent and helpful, and we'll be back if/when it's time to have my charging port replaced.”
“I went into this store yesterday for my break I needed a phone fast, my current phone wasn't charging. I didn't have insurance. I was cringing because I know cricket phones are Expensive. When I walked into the store I was greeted kindly by all of the employees. The person that assisted me had amazing customer service skills I was so impressed he was so helpful. On my receipt it says Jesus C. To my surprise I purchased the Motorola g stylus for 69.99! As a current customer I was not expecting that at all great price, so far I love the phone the only downfall is the battery goes down quickly possibly the apps I'm using.”
“The Mother and Daughter duo that works there were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products and what upgrades I qualified for. They were very communicative when they realized a product I put a down payment on would not be in stock soon, and called me as soon as they realized this. I then went in the next day to see what other options there were with my son who is special needs. He had a meltdown and it was again the duaghter (who's name escapes me) who helped me every step of the way with getting me set up with a new phone and also helping me calm my son down with patience and professionalism that I greatly appreciated.”

“The manager here is amazing also keep in mind the store isn't supposed to open till 10 so if your standing out their at 9:30 she's not gonna open the door check the times they open before going in Walmarts not gonna let you in before they open so why expect it from other stores.. the manager Andrea is always helpful and does her best to communicate with every customer she also matches her store with every holiday always leaving super happy never unsatisfied??”
