Embassy Suites by Hilton Albuquerque offers great accommodations with newly renovated rooms and friendly service from the entire staff. The hotel is known for its hospitable atmosphere, making guests feel welcome and at home. The breakfasts are solid, with notable mentions of omelets and pancakes, and have received praise for their quality and the chefs' skills. The staff is very attentive and helpful, contributing to a very pleasant stay. However, there have been some issues such as promised boxed lunches not being available during conventions and a new policy during the Manager's Happy Hour that disappointed some guests, particularly Diamond members. Guests have also mentioned concerns about the swimming pool being freezing and the hot tub no longer being usable. Additionally, there is a $15 charge for parking in a large lot, which some feel is steep. Despite these issues, the hotel's strengths lie in the professionalism and friendliness of its staff, as well as the spacious and comfortable rooms with convenient amenities like microwaves, fridges, and free Wi-Fi.

Solid breakfast and reception. Well-maintained and clean. Downside is paying $15(!!) to park in a giant, half-empty parking lot. Hilton elites should receive free parking here. And $15 seems steep.
