Famous Footwear, located at the Winrock Town Center in Albuquerque, NM, offers a welcoming shopping experience with a good variety of shoes from top brands like Doc Martin, Nike, and Vans. Customers appreciate the selection, which includes sandals and seasonal styles, although some sizes, like a men's size 7, can be hard to find in-store, requiring online orders for pickup. Many shoppers highlight the attentive service, particularly from an employee named Joseph, who is noted for his helpfulness in finding the right fit. However, some customers report mixed experiences with service, mentioning a lack of initial greetings and assistance upon entering the store. The store is clean and organized, featuring benches for trying on shoes and easy access to parking. While the selection of colors for certain items, like youth-sized Crocs, can be limited, shoppers generally enjoy the range of options available. Overall, Famous Footwear aims to provide a positive shopping environment, though there are areas for improvement in customer service consistency.
