The strap broke and I took them back. Happy Feet employee said they only cover up to 6 months to replace the shoes and advised to contact the manufacturer. I did contact Drew shoes and was told it was the retailer’s responsibility. The owner of Happy Feet called me and offered to have the shoe repaired! I was impressed with their excellent customer service.”
