“I’ve been coming here for years and it’s definitely a shop for the avid outdoors clientele. They carry some very high end equipment that is out of my range but the customer service is impeccable. They are amazing. Very helpful and attentive in the service department. Every year they go out of their way to get my bicycles up and running again. Sometimes they even do a quick 10-15 minute tune-up for free. Depending on what needs to be done. Just a courtesy check and some air. I’d recommend this company to all. “They have consistent stock in most major sports. Their prices are reasonable for slightly used items, but they can be inconsistent at times with them. The store can be cluttered and not as clean some days. Check in often and talk with the sales reps to get the best options. Otherwise, it is touch and go.”
“I have purchased shoes from this many times due to my need for footwear that provides excellent support. The staff are consistently very helpful. My only wish is that they would offer a greater variety of options in extra-wide widths. They are able to order shoes online for you if your size is not available in the store.”
“I was in the store today with a return from last Friday. The owner was in the store and overheard me telling the cashier I was charged twice for the same item. I didn’t notice I was charged twice until I decided to return the item and looked closely at the receipt. The owner gave me a full credit for the two hats even though I couldn’t prove I was charged twice and had just overheard the conversation I was having. The hat was a a snap back and didn’t fit my friend. Thank you again, just know I appreciate the EXCELLENT customer service and you giving me the credit. “Went here looking for some slippers for my boyfriend and was met with a greeter pointing me towards what I was looking for. When I got to the shoe section of the store, Lauren, was an amazing help!
