I have bought tools from HB for 3 decades. All the tools I have bought have worked flawlessly. And many even better than high price, national name brand products.β

βFrom 1 star to 5 stars. After a frustrating experience (see original review below), the manager, Kelsey, personally reached out to me. She informed me they do offer stain matching and she had gotten all the employees on the same page. I went back in and they were able to take care of it for me, making a great match so I can finish my project. Very glad to have that taken care of and very impressed with Kelsey's customer service. Dunn-Edwards has definitely won me back as a customer!

Really frustrated that the employees don't seem to know what services they offer. I called a while ago and asked if they could mix a custom oil based wood stain to match an existing piece. They said they could but didn't have the right stain base in at the moment, and to call and check again later. I called yesterday and they said they had it in now, only to go in and have the employees tell me that they don't offer stain matching (other than swatching some). I ended up buying some but will probably have to return it as it's just a bad match. Very disappointed to have wasted this much time due to their bad information, I had higher expections for employees to know what they offer.β

βTechnician just finished a high security door install 15 minutes ahead of schedule, owner came out to check halfway through the job. Very professional and priced cheaper than I expected. Even took the old door at the end of the job. Ten star service, Super pleased with the work. If you need a good door, call them now! A++++!β

βI visited ABQ International Sunport during COVID-19 restrictions, so this review may not be the full picture once things reopen. When I was there, I found the staff to be quite helpful. The environment was kept very clean, and there were plenty of seats so there was enough physical distancing space to sit in a chair and eat a snack without breathing on anyone. They have comfy, padded brown chairs lining the walkways. I liked the Native design elements in the sunport, including the bathroom wall tiles. The vibe feels warm, not hospitaly like some airports. It's a small airport, so quick to move through on foot. The rental car shuttle goes from the airport to all of the rental car counters in one stop, which was convenient. Beware if you are taking flights that arrive to ABQ late at night (at least during COVID) -- it's possible all of the food sources other than vending machines could be closed, and many of the restaurants in ABQ proper close fairly early. So pack snacks in case.β
βNice folks determined to be helpful and are knowledgeable at our ACE HW store. Yes, they really give the extra effort, and should the item you require not be available now or...(?) They will help you find it else where.

βThe place to find the hard to find fasteners. Store is well organized and clean with nice lighting. The parking lot was clean. The customer service was excellent I showed them a broken bolt and they were able to find a replacement. I was glad to see they carry rivets and rivet guns among other tools and hardware. Vote with you dollars and support local small business. My advice would be to go here first and get exactly what you need.β

βWe knew we were interested in Toto toilets and made a list of dealers in Albuquerque. Fergusonβs was the first place we went to look. There we met Hannah Hughes. We looked at several toilets and Hannah gave me a printout detailing our favorite one. The next day I went back alone to find out more. Hannah guided me around the lovely showroom, answering all my questions. I was impressed with her expertise and vast knowledge of the products. She was a whiz on the computer. When I showed her a picture of our bathroom, Hannah immediately recognized the name and manufacturer of my toilet - which blew my mind! She was very gracious, upbeat and helpful comparing the different faucets, locating a small sink and writing up my order. She talked to me at length about the best way to have it delivered to my house. Initially I had thought Iβd wait to look at other dealers, but Hannah was so thorough that I decided to simply go ahead and make my order. She assured me she would be tracking the delivery to my house and gave me a bottle of water. It was one of the best experiences buying a large item Iβve ever had. When I told my husband about how great it was, he said, βIf we were still in business, we would have tried to hire herβ.β
