“We shop for our house project needs, including a kitchen remodel and outside house painting project. The staff is helpful, kind and pleasant to chat with. We go in and it’s as if we are chatting with neighbors. They are knowledgeable about supplies and the store is well stocked. The reward program with Ace saves us money and is kept on the app so you don’t have to keep track of paper coupons.”
“Well, that happened. I was driving towards Albuquerque, and I heard, "Pop. Thump. Bump, bump, bump, bump, bump." That's right... the trailer tire blew. 6 miles outside town, where I had planned to buy new tires. No worries. I have done this before. I have a spare and a lug wrench and a jack. I have a really baf spare tire. But it was good enough to get me 6 miles. I pulled into the first big parking lot I came to, Home Depot. I explained my plight to the manager and she was nice enough to let me unhitch and leave my trailer in the parking lot, so I could go run around and get new tires without worrying about the spare popping. Which I did. Now I am sitting in the Home Depot parking lot in Rio Rancho, NM. I am exhausted and I still have to change my tires. But I cannot thank the Home Depot manager enough for helping out a stranded traveler. With kind, friendly managers like that, you know Home Depot is doing a great job.”

“This is a REALLY DECENT HOME DEPOT! And that’s a good thing, since you don’t really have another choice if you’re at the north end of Rio Rancho, or all of Bernalillo, or in the hills of Placitas, or Algodones, or all the way to Cochiti Lake… I found the staff here incredibly helpful, more southern probably any other Home Depot I’ve ever been in. I don’t know if it was a fluke or just a great location, but I appreciate your help folks!”
“Was helped by Lisa M, who went above and beyond for me with getting a spot cleaner for my puppy. She was kind, sweet and most important, very helpful. Amazing employee!”
“Great customer service. They will help you when you are trying to fix a problem, offering a solution and making sure you have the needed parts. Your stress will be real reduced when you walk out. This place should be everyone's first choice over Walmart and the big box stores.”
