The Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown offers a convenient and comfortable stay for travelers. The rooms are spacious, with plenty of towels, a comfortable bed, and an abundance of pillows. Guests appreciate the attention to detail and the fabulous security measures, which require room key access to the elevators. The hotel boasts a friendly staff and a range of amenities, including a Starbucks and a bar. However, some guests have noted that the property is starting to show its age and could use some updating. Housekeeping is reported to be efficient and friendly. The hotel's location is convenient, but guests will need a car to explore the surrounding area, as there is not much within walking distance. One guest had a positive experience, with the staff going above and beyond to return a forgotten item. Unfortunately, not all guests have had a positive experience. Some have expressed concerns about the hotel's management, with one guest reporting a disturbing incident involving an employee harassing them late at night. The hotel's response to this incident was unsatisfactory, leaving the guest feeling unsafe and unwilling to return. Overall, the Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown offers a decent stay, but guests should be aware of the potential issues and ensure their safety is prioritized by the management.
Gorgeous place to stay. Our pillows were super comfy, and we slept really well. It is very quiet inside in spite of being on the corner of busy streets.

Nice location. Plenty of parking. Large room size. Stay was in early July. Air conditioning in room was never able to keep up or get room on 6th floor cool enough by bedtime. Mattresses were very soft; if we had stayed a 3rd night my back would have been wrecked.
