“This is the best communication company! I love that there is a person we can immediately talk to or email. We never have to talk to a robot or push buttons through a complicated system in hopes of finding a human. If there is ever a question, it is quickly answered, and if there is a problem, it is quickly resolved. They offer some great options, like voicemail recordings sent to email. I can't imagine phone service without them.”

“I went in to upgrade my phone. They were very busy but I was greeted immediately. Allan helped me with the upgrade. I did have to order it as they did not have the one I wanted in stock.
After I received the phone, I tried to transfer my apps, etc to the new device unsuccessfully. I went back to the store and I'm glad Allan was there to help me. He was so patient and helpful. He got my device setup, and explained features I wasn't familiar with.
Overall, a very good experience, ask for Allan!”

“The Chic at the Boost Mobile, (next door to KFC, Louisiana & Central), really knows her stuff when it comes to using a cell phone! My hubby's phone was "clogged" so to speak, plus we both are just old ?, learning to use a cell phone is hard for us old farts (Tee Hee), but she got it going faster, cleaned it up great, and told him some basic things. ( Like don't download tik tok, it's got viruses, and people, some, ( not all mind you), beg for money). (And some, um... X-rated videos, web sites, carry bunches of viruses), So, back to Boost Mobile, the chick is fantastic with phones, and customer service, ie, great with customers.”

“Excellent place to work in a cubicle. They are actually pretty nice cubicles compared to the cubicles I've had to work in before. The walls are tall and none of your annoying coworkers can just look over the wall and bug you about sleeping on the job. If one was so inclined, not me of course, but if one was inclined to sleep during their shift, some of the cubes here offer so much privacy, you could manage it without getting in trouble. Don't snore though, they don't block out sound near as well as they do sight.”

“Having read a lot of reviews on this company, I felt it necessary to share my experience. Having become fed-up with my current LTE broadband carrier (AT&T and their local affiliate) I went looking for a more reliable solution. I reached out to several and found Chris Smith at InfiniteLTEData to be very responsive. We went back and forth on email for two days as I reviewed their website and read multiple online reviews. Chris was very responsive and didn't seem to grow weary of my questions. Finally, I decided that it was worth the $45 activation fee to get the gear and try out the 14 day trial, so after discussing the matter again with Chris I placed my order. The first thing he did was to reach out and suggest that I forego the extra charge for UPS shipping because the vendor shipping out the hotspot was in the same state I'm in - saved me $22. Then in further conversation and understanding how I intended to use the hotspot he felt that it wouldn't adequately serve the role I was anticipating. Ultimately, we agreed that I would cancel the order and seek a different solution. WHAT IMPRESSED ME MOST is that he went what I consider to be above and beyond for online sales to ensure that wouldn't be disappointed or dissatisfied with my purchase. So I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND that anyone looking for a rural broadband solution reach out to InfiniteLTEData and discuss their needs and possible solutions. I firmly believe that Chris is committed to helping you - even if that means not making the sale when their solution isn't quite what you'll need.”

“I went to this store to switch my service to T-Mobile and was assisted by Callie. She was awesome! My previous carrier did not make porting my number out easy, so I arrived thinking I was prepared but wound up having some problems due to incorrect information they had given me. Callie knew exactly what was going on and was super helpful and informative about the process, which helped resolve it way faster than if I was on my own. She was also really knowledgeable about the general plan/phone/accessory stuff we talked about. Plus she was really fun to talk to and really sweet. I normally would have been really frustrated about those porting issues but being able to joke with Callie about them and having her tell me exactly what was going on made it into a pretty pleasant experience.”

“So I been looking for home internet every and couldn't find nothing that could help get internet in my house. I live in a rv so it's hard finding it and I heard about tmobile home internet I got approved to try it out for 14 days and I've had some issues at first but I figured out that the it has two channels 2.4 and 5.0 and I learned that the 5.0 is alot faster, so I switched it to 5.0 and it works alot better. I think they should tell customers about the channels so that they understand the difference between them and it's really good for gaming”

“As some phones do, my cell phone gave out, and these 2 gentlemen, mainly Primo, helped me. He welcomes you with a really big smile. His personality is as though you knew him all your life, and the professionalism that he has, as a Representative of At&T, is absolutely amazing. He also gave me suggestions in which I really liked. He was able to take care of a handful of customers all by himself, and all of them left grateful. I watched the other young man as he arrived, helping customers with the same professionalism.
