We were greeted right away with big smiles and expert recommendations on their craft beer lineup. The daughter helped us pick out the size of the top for my fermenter , and she was so knowledgeable about everything. You can truly feel the care, pride, and community spirit they put into their family business. This shop is clean, cozy. We will definitely be back and recommend this spot to everyone looking for great advice genuinely, friendly service!”

“I have been a long time customer of Total Wine at Cottonwood. For the last 10 more years, the management has been long-term and open and engaging. Within the last six months all that has changed and the management is no longer engaging, no longer happy ,or greets us with a smile and handshake. That’s a Total Wine experience I don’t like. Total Wine pay attention. You need to have people that are engaged informed and happy to be at work. You no longer have that at Albuquerque Cottonwood. So Salem and Sarah were very responsive and friendly and trying to fix my order that is deeply appreciated. Those are the type of people that might need to be moved into a management position with coaching and education.”

You can park on the street though. My appointment time was for 6am and there was 2 trucks ahead of me. I thought they’d take me first since my appointment time was 6am and thats when they open. Unfortunately, I had to wait. You gotta slide your tandems. I finally got a door and got unloaded by 8:40am. He left my paperwork in the trailer.”
