We shopped here several times before we made our decision. The salespeople were very nice and did not pressure us at all. Delivery was pretty much perfect — they arrived as scheduled, set up the new bed, and helped me attach the headboard to the new bedframe. Everyone was super pleasant and easy to work with!

The Mattress Firm at Academy and Wyoming was fantastic. I called in on mattress that I wanted or close to it and the person I spoke to took care of me in a timely manner. He explained and answered my questions. Actually, the mattress was delivered four hours later. So far I am very happy with the mattress I bought.
