“I had a great experience shopping here. Victor Cook, the manager, was very helpful in my purchase of a bunkie board for my granddaughters’ new bunk bed. He showed me what my options were, and negotiated a great price. And sometimes there’s a fun five-minute friendship, and this was one of those times. I would definitely shop there again—customer service was exceptional!”

“Bruce was an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful guy; wonderfully informative and he made the entire process painless. We felt very comfortable making the decision for a large purchase, which I normally feel very hesitant about, especially in this current economy. This is our 3rd bed from Denver Mattress over the years, and we've looked elsewhere but keep coming back. Thank you Bruce and the Denver Mattress team!”

“Mine and my fiancé's experience at mor wad fantastic. Our salesmen was ray and I can honestly say he was one of the coolest most down to earth salesmen I've experienced while shopping for furniture. He picked up right away on my fiancé's interests and style and lead us directly to several sets she loved. He was also invaluable in helping us with the measurements (since we walked in without measurements in hand). Thanks ray, you're awesome!!”

“Great service. Very flexible. When i initially visited Mattress Firm, I was in the process of buying a home. I needed a mattress, but there was uncertainty as to whether I would close on the home and couldn’t commit to buying a mattress at the time. I came across a mattress that I fell in love with and Frank offered an option that I could pay a small amount $50 in order to reserve the mattress and lock in the sales price. What was icing on the cake is that if I decided not to purchase the mattress I’d get a refund on the deposit so there was absolutely zero pressure. 2 weeks later I closed on the home and had the mattress delivered within days!! Great experience:-)”

“The store is pleasantly arranged with lots of natural sunlight. The location in the uptown shopping area makes it an easily accessible destination. The store manager, Sal, explained the features of the different beds and explained that many of the mattresses were made in the factory on the West side of Albuquerque. I quickly settled on a model and Sal went over the 90 day trial period. Looking forward to our new arrival and an uninterrupted night of deep sleep.”

“It was soooooo easy!! We had shopped around at other places for a mattress but was put off by the $3000-6000 price tags. Discount Mattress has samples to try, knowledgeable staff, great prices, good choice of quality products, free delivery (if less than 5 miles), and Jason was patient and even took the time to educate us on the industry changes (it had been over 20 years since our last new mattress). A great experience that we would recommend to others!”

He helped us find the perfect couch, dining set, coffee table, and end table that all go together so well. His explanations of the coverage and delivery policies were clear and easy to understand. The prices of the pieces were unmatched and his positive, cheerful demeanor was the cherry on top! Would give Kendall and this experience more than 5 stars if we could.”

“I highly recommend. Staff was pleasant and courteous, in the office and for delivery. I've been on the bed for about four months now and won't look back. For half the price of a purple mattress you get a home grown mattress and semi-custom wood bed frame with the same warranty. I couldn't be happier and definitely worth the money.”

He made our experience pleasant and the expenditure far less painful. Good Fourth of July sale too!
