“Haiden and Matthew are great to work with! Matthew cares that you are satisfied with your purchase and called to make sure we were happy. After explaining that I was not comfortable on the mattress we purchased he suggested we try other mattresses. When arriving at the store Haiden took great care of us and we chose another mattress to exchange with. Thank you Americas Mattress! You have a customer for life!”

“I had a great experience shopping here. Victor Cook, the manager, was very helpful in my purchase of a bunkie board for my granddaughters’ new bunk bed. He showed me what my options were, and negotiated a great price. And sometimes there’s a fun five-minute friendship, and this was one of those times. I would definitely shop there again—customer service was exceptional!”

“Bruce was an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful guy; wonderfully informative and he made the entire process painless. We felt very comfortable making the decision for a large purchase, which I normally feel very hesitant about, especially in this current economy. This is our 3rd bed from Denver Mattress over the years, and we've looked elsewhere but keep coming back. Thank you Bruce and the Denver Mattress team!”

“Mine and my fiancé's experience at mor wad fantastic. Our salesmen was ray and I can honestly say he was one of the coolest most down to earth salesmen I've experienced while shopping for furniture. He picked up right away on my fiancé's interests and style and lead us directly to several sets she loved. He was also invaluable in helping us with the measurements (since we walked in without measurements in hand). Thanks ray, you're awesome!!”

“Great service. Very flexible. When i initially visited Mattress Firm, I was in the process of buying a home. I needed a mattress, but there was uncertainty as to whether I would close on the home and couldn’t commit to buying a mattress at the time. I came across a mattress that I fell in love with and Frank offered an option that I could pay a small amount $50 in order to reserve the mattress and lock in the sales price. What was icing on the cake is that if I decided not to purchase the mattress I’d get a refund on the deposit so there was absolutely zero pressure. 2 weeks later I closed on the home and had the mattress delivered within days!! Great experience:-)”

“I purchased mattress here because I found one very comparable to the prices I found on Amazon. I didn't have to wait for it to be delivered and I appreciate dealing with the owner face to face. He works there alone so you get the best price. He keeps his overhead low by not hiring a bunch of unnecessary labor. Because he works there by himself. You might have to call a couple times before you get somebody to answer the phone. Just leave a message like I did and he'll get back to you. I'm thinking about buying a bed frame from him as well, as the prices are comparable to Amazon as well. I find this to be extremely rare these days. If I go back and buy the frame I'll take a picture”
