As promised I updated my review. I was finally answered by the GM (I believe) although not completely happy with resolution of my issue its better than nothing. As for the reply to this comment I wasn't able to fix the review until now.

Was able to get me right in to do fuel filter change on my Ram HD diesel but $150 labor for 20 minutes work seemed totally out of line. $360 total, 160 was parts plus some tax.
