Metro by T-Mobile provides excellent customer service. Employees are awesome, sweet, patient, and positive. They go over and above and go out of their way to help, especially when a phone breaks or during a frustrating switch. They make difficult processes easy and not so stressful. Staff help find a phone within a budget and explain multiple options to find the one that works best. They ensure customers leave well taken care of and happy with a new phone. If unsure of something, they quickly take steps to answer questions and concerns with correct, up-to-date information and solutions. The customer service is so great that customers happily recommend anyone and everyone to visit for cell phone products and service and will continue to go to this location.
The manager Jay helped me out tremendously, after my son stole my phone and being low income, he switched my phone, with no problem… He was amazing…God send, i needed a miracle, and it was him…Thank u jay…

This is the only store, I go to because of the only worker that has been such an amazing help he actually cares. He is very polite and respectful, I think his name was Jonny. Love this store because of his amazing customer service and great personality.

There was a very nice Lady named Azelia working in the store, she was very helpful and friendly. She made me feel like she cared by going above and beyond to ensure I left satisfied with being a metro customer.
