They kept me updated with everything and took care of my device very carefully. Unfortunately the device couldn't be repaired. But to no fault of them. It was just the ram on the motherboard was not made to replaceable. But overall The crew on 528. Is amazing. This will be my primary repair shop from now on.”

“These guys get a bad wrap, most of issues are caused by the company, not the people. I've been here 4 times in the past month, at no fault of the staff, but they always took care of me. The only annoying thing is waiting just for everything that needs to be done to have to be handled by the person who just checks people in. They were not doing anything anyway, why make us wait just for the person who was doing nothing the whole time to have to do everything anyway.”

“Dimetri did an incredible job not only picking up the order I placed with a different sales rep but also seeing it the whole way through. Part of my order was a watch that was on backorder and we had to wait for it to be delivered. When it was delivered somehow the system canceled this part of my order. This was frustrating! However, when other employees were unable to help me, Dimetri was able to quickly work with the corporate office and almost seamlessly make things right so that my order was complete and I was able to pick up the watch with the promo it was sold to me on. If you work with anybody I highly recommend requesting Dimetri. He cares about the relationships with his customers and follows through.”

They even helped me to activate the phones that I purchased at Walmart for Cricket wireless.Cricket wireless is on the AT&t network. Living east of Albuquerque in the East Valley ... Cricket's coverage is better at my house than all the others that I have ever tried. I live in the sticks, so that is important to me to even have service at all. Where other phone companies don't even reach there, it is very nice to have decent service inside our home, and even inside our metal RV. The service I receive is 4G on purpose because I do not approve of 5G and its damaging effects. Yet still our service is fantastic!”
“The Chic at the Boost Mobile, (next door to KFC, Louisiana & Central), really knows her stuff when it comes to using a cell phone! My hubby's phone was "clogged" so to speak, plus we both are just old ?, learning to use a cell phone is hard for us old farts (Tee Hee), but she got it going faster, cleaned it up great, and told him some basic things. ( Like don't download tik tok, it's got viruses, and people, some, ( not all mind you), beg for money). (And some, um... X-rated videos, web sites, carry bunches of viruses), So, back to Boost Mobile, the chick is fantastic with phones, and customer service, ie, great with customers.”
“I just wanted to say that Fatima, the sales rep, is super cool and really funny. I appreciated how easy she made everything because I needed to get a new phone and I was stressing out about my old phone giving out and the people at the Coors location weren't willing to work with me with they said i needed my mom there to purchase the phone. I'm literally 21 and i pay the family phone bill. I understand policies, but i would have to change my entire phone number and everything justvto get a new phone for myself. Although, Fatima was awesome. She even loaded the SD card and put the screen protector on for me. She also helped with the set up as well to make sure my contacts were saved. “I went into this store yesterday for my break I needed a phone fast, my current phone wasn't charging. I didn't have insurance. I was cringing because I know cricket phones are Expensive. When I walked into the store I was greeted kindly by all of the employees. The person that assisted me had amazing customer service skills I was so impressed he was so helpful. On my receipt it says Jesus C. To my surprise I purchased the Motorola g stylus for 69.99! As a current customer I was not expecting that at all great price, so far I love the phone the only downfall is the battery goes down quickly possibly the apps I'm using.”
