About Nusenda Credit Union

Excellent customer service, great service, well done service. Issues receiving tax documents were corrected so next years should not have any issues. Front receptionistat just stares at computer, not offering help, and displayed rude behavior that made customer uncomfortable. Wait time not long; estimated wait time 13 minutes, but service hours were over later. Credit card abruptly stopped working and embarrassment and leaving without groceries. Overall helpful communication and amazing service were thanks.

    I went in today on a saturday to pick up a new credit card. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. I got there when they first opened, and there was no wait. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. Great experience!

    Edit: change the name to Nusenda (No Cash in Bank) I'm sure I'm not the only one that's now gone to two separate nusendas that don't have cash.
