Alfredo did an excellent job to handle my needs. Great way to welcome a new customer. I was in a rush and he did everything in his power to make sure I was out in a timely manner. His attention to detail is amazing! I had walked up to the teller who had no one at her window and was talking with I believe the manager and Alfredo had to let them know to please help me. He even did things in the back ground to help them make it go by fast for me! If it wasn't for him I probably would have walked out!
I am only giving a 4 because I do wish this location had a drive thru for convenience and also the fact the two ladies had me wait no a big deal but to me it wasn't busy and I think anytime you see a customer waiting regardless of what you are you doing they should be your first priority or put your sign up your closed if you are busy. I pay attention to stuff like that.”

Several years back I moved my $ from Nusenda because they didn't appreciate my 30+ year membership, and made me do all the work to stop another member from tapping into my account. “I have been banking at this particular branch for over four years now; and have always received stellar service. Today, I had to get a cashiers check to pay my rent, and was assisted by a young lady named Yas. While the service was outstanding, my one grievance is that long time members still have to pay a fee for a cashiers check. Is there a way to get that waived? Thank you”
“I've always experienced excellent service form all employees here!! The only bad experience is with what ever Credit Card service they use!! I cannot contact them they only communicate by email to rio grand employees and can not provide tracking numbers for myself or rio grand employees!!”

“This is a large multi-service federal credit union - the largest in the state I think. This branch also does cross-credit union services so that I can transact my accounts across states without fees. This branch also has experts and genuine friendliness among its staff. If I go with a credit union again, this is a good candidate.”

“I have been a member of the credit union for decades! I’m sure you have members that have been with you all longer than me, but I’m proud to say I have been a member for a very, very long time. I had the opportunity to make a deposit at the branch on Jefferson today for the first time. I love this drive up! The drive up is easy to manage. The receptacles are easier than any other branch I’ve ever been to and I think I’ve gone mostly to every other branch, including the Rio Grande, the one near Eubank gate on the near the base, Juan Tabo and a couple of branches that no longer exist like the one off of Osuna. The representative was extremely professional, kind, friendly, and quick with my transaction. She clarified who the deposit was for, and she provided outstanding service. Unfortunately, I do not remember her name. She was a young girl with dark hair and a great smile! I wish I could remember her name. ?She did a fantastic job and she’s a great representative for SUNWARD and she deserves a raise! I appreciate her help and I think this location on Jefferson is my new favorite location especially for drive up banking. Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

I had the pleasure of working with Michael, who was truly a breath of fresh air. I can't express how grateful I am for his incredible support! He guided me through a challenging problem with such patience and expertise. After asking just four questions, he quickly identified that Nusenda had purged all web users who hadn't logged in for a while. Michael provided clear instructions to create a new user account, stayed on the line to assist me every step of the way, and ensured my information was verified in the system to prevent any future issues. “Nusenda has followed through on attempts to speak with me and resolve the issue. An Asst. VP with Nusenda reviewed everything and called this afternoon, agreed to refund the remaining portion of the daily overdraft fees. He apologized for the phone call I had with the initial representative and explained that they would provide additional coaching. I also recognize that I made mistakes in how I utilized, or failed to utilize, some overdraft protection options. Furthermore, I've received excellent service on two more recent calls related to the savings account and auto loan that we still have with them.”
