I understand that trying to keep the public out of bathrooms, but you have a customer with pet supplies loaded in her cart. I have been a loyal CUSTOMER ! that's okay petsmart is just down the road.

They were very low in stock. I don’t normally shop at this one on Lomas. But they are friendly.

The store is a cluttered mess, and it's hard to find anything. There's just so much stock and it's not organized seemingly at all. Of all the Petco's in town this one is my least favourite. One thing I will say, most of the time we're looking for bugs, they have them in stock.
