“I was short on time and picked this place to storage my items. Christi Cummins was fantastic and proactive with making sure that I was taken care of. She gave me all of the instructions, made sure I had the app setup and her jokes were funny. All and all it was a good experience. My unit was clean and using the app is easy. The only thing I would suggest it that the chain on the gate be replaced it's really squeaky and loud.”

Kimberly Ryan was professional and a delight. She answered all my questions fully. She was wonderful in that she showed me the unit I was about to rent and continued to talk about the advantages of climate control and the security of this site. She explained how the gate to enter works and suggested their app to make it even easier.
Extra Space Storage is the best of the best from the cleanliness to security it is a very well thought out site. You may get a less expensive unit but you won’t have Kimberly and a wonderful space to store your precious belongings. And all your stuff is precious and they insure it stays that way, precious.

Went to office the next morning and the process was so quick and efficient. Aja, the manager, had the paperwork ready to go. I was extremely impressed with the options available for rental and happy to see that the facility offers temperature controlled units and indoor access which I value as added security for my belongings. To top it all off They leave your lock for you inside your unit further speeding up the process PLUS I received the most pleasant call from Jack the manager after I finalized my reservation simply welcoming me and asking if I had any questions or needed directions! In today's world it's rare to receive such good service! Highly recommend!”
